the atmosphere is not good. Construction of a commercial building in front of the flats. the club house as full leakage problem. amenities are not good. the manager is asking for cash(in black). all lifts are scribbled with pens. vehicles are permitted on podium level. delivery boys bike, horn sounds are very loud & disturbing for how much time people will close the windows from pollution & dust

NCC Urban One is the ideal place for families. The spacious apartments offer ample room for kids to play, and the well-maintained parks and recreational areas provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children. Additionally, the community is filled with like-minded families, making it a welcoming and friendly neighborhood. I couldn't have asked for a better place to raise my family.

It is not a safe place for women because the exit road on both the sides is secluded, dark and no closed boundaries. The management fails to understand the provision of security of women. Not suitable for young children who travel at night.
