It is a very high end society as lots of parking space is to good for inside has very huge flats and as top class amenities name the thing and it is there maintaince is very low and a very active society has three towers of 22 floors just posting two photo of the society.

I am living in this apartment for 6 years and it's a really gr8 experience for me as I live with 4 members in my house and really the facilities provided here are very attractive and good it has swimming pool, podium garden and gym etc also it has a mini theater also which I didn't expected. So I would like to recommend to others too that you can stay here very happily here as medical stores, groceries store etc are nearby and the aroma here is also good. ✌🏻👍🏻

Nice ambience in lobby area, beautiful swimming pool, well maintained lifts.

Regency towers is very good complex of multiple towers. Well maintained decent area, 2 minute walk from main Ghodbunder road, good parking area, vegetables, fruits, fish, daily basis required household material shops are within the reach. Overall good society. 👌

This society was built in 2009 but very well maintained even after 13 years. It has 3 towers with around 250 flats. It has full fledged club house with facilities like gym, community hall, mini theatre, Indoor games, swimming pool, Temple, children play area, Library, meditation room, aerobics room etc. It also has generator back up for lifts and common area, cctv etc.
