This
is
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I
have
ever
had
at
a
path
lab
and
unfortunately
at
supposedly
the
best
path
lab
in
Delhi.
1.
No
parking
facility.
While
I
was
trying
to
fix
the
car
in
a
slot
on
the
road
to
park,
the
guard
came
in
and
literally
shouted
on
me
saying
that
there
will
be
bikes
parked
of
the
staff
where
I
will
be
parking
the
car.
2.
On
giving
a
2000
rupee
note
at
the
reception
(accounts),
the
staff
literally
misbehaved
on
account
of
having
no
changed
for
a
1600
rupee
receipt.
On
arranging
for
4
(500rupee
notes),
we
got
an
instant
change
back
of
rupees
400
3.
When
we
were
told
to
go
to
the
2nd
floor
for
a
9
am
appointment
for
my
father's
ultrasound,
the
reception
upstairs
told
us
that
the
doc
comes
after
9.30.
When
we
countered
saying
that
the
call
centre
asked
us
to
reach
at
9
am,
they
replied
that
the
call
centre
is
not
in
sync
and
doesn't
listen
to
them.
4.
It's
9.46
am
right
now,
my
unwell
father
is
patiently
waiting
for
the
doctor
to
arrive.
Points
to
be
considered.
1.
There
is
no
consideration
for
senior
citizens
2.
Staff
feels
they
can't
be
replaced
3.
Facilities
are
substandard
Highly
disappointed.
My
strong
recommendation
is
to
leave
Dr.
Lal
path
labs
alone
for
a
while
and
let
them
fix
things
before
they
lose
the
plot
altogether.

case
if

or

you,
I
guess
you
need
to
consider
my
above
pointers
seriously
after
checking
my
profile.
I
hardly
give
a
1
star
to
any
business
and
I
know
the
hard
one
that
has
gone
in
building
this.
