Soley is the newest addition to the Bangalore Restaurants serving the European cuisine. It is a part of the restaurant outlets and common sitting area at 1522 street in Sarjapur. The menu is limited and apt covering main European dishes both in veg and non veg. The service is fast. Being a Salad lover, first I gave a try to their Aragula and Apple salad and enjoyed it completely. The ingredients were fresh and the cheese was creamy and flavourful. Corn ribs were quite unique here and should be eaten hot. Cottage cheese skewers are a must have. It was very soft and tangy flavoured. For all the potato lovers out here, roasted baby potato would be a delight to try. To add, the baby potatos are actually deep fried and not roasted. But if you don't mind the calories, they are delicious. In the main course, tomato risotto was my favourite. If you have a soft corner for tomato dominated dishes like me, you would regret if you don't give this a try. Creamy, tangy and cheesy would be the right way to give you a mental picture of the dish. Apart from this, cottage cheese steak is also a good dish to have. Desserts were my ultimate favourite here. You can try anything and you will definitely relish it. Pennacotta and caramel custard won for me.

Street 1522 is undoubtedly one of my favourite places in Sarjapur. Now I can enjoy good quality European food because Soley, European cafe has opened up there. Ambiance was as usual amazing. I got to know that this place is pet friendly as well. There is sip and paint workshop, snooker table and a astrologer as well. So you can spend some time in theses activities. Coming to the food .. First we ordered spicy corn ribs which were served with ranch dip. It was delicious. Spinach and arugula salad was zesty and fresh. I loved orange segments in it, also tender and juicy beets were just so good. If you are a salad person then do try their salads. Then for mains I had spaghetti in marinara sauce and veg lasagna. Lasagna was really well made with layers of vegetables and served with green herbs sauce. In desserts caramel custard was fantastic, really airy and creamy texture. Loved this one to the core. Flourless chocolate caked served with charcoal sauce and coffee syrup was my favourite part. I was just looking at the plating and thought behind this dessert is on point. Guys this is a must try place when you are in street 1522.

I recently visited one of the hidden gems, Soley, European cafe, is a recently launched sub-brand of Street Storyss. They have pleasant and decent cuisine with fantastic food, particularly Italian. I began with a salad, a rocket salad, which was extremely different from the other establishment; it was simple and wholesome. In terms of taste and presentation, the spicy chicken wings were excellent. The roasted baby potatoes were delicious. The aglio olio was excellent. I was hesitant about the fish, but they did an excellent job. The Hungarian lamb gulash was wonderful, and the meal was capped off with a superb caramel custard. It's an essential experience destination with a pleasant atmosphere and delicious meals.

For the love of European cafes, I recently visited Soley in Sarjapur Road. This place is located within Street 1522. The food here is extremely delicious ranging from the starters to the main course and the desserts and drinks. I tried their Spinach and Arugula Salad along with some appetizers like grilled black pepper chicken skewers and zucchini fritters. It has a perfect blend of spices. For main course, I went for good ol aglio olio, grilled chicken thigh. Both were cooked properly and was indeed a marvelous culinary experience. Carmel custard as a dessert just melted in my mouth. On top of that, the staff here is very warm and welcoming. Will definitely visit again with family and friends.

Soley, a wonderful European café is located inside Street 1522 at Sarjapur. It is a quaint café with European vibes and a lovely décor. We tried the following and loved every bit of the food. They have amazing salads, starters, main course and desserts. Cottage cheese skewers – I have never had a more succulent and flavorful paneer. Turkish Eggs – Such a delight Spinach and Arugula Salad – Very summery and refreshing Zucchini fritters – A great way to eat Zucchini and relish it Onion Rings – Crispy , Crunchy and really delish Grilled Cottage Cheese Steak – The gravy left me craving for more Basil Pesto Pasta – Love the feel of the fresh basil pesto The desserts I tried were Pannacota with the wonderful berry compote in it and the Flourless Chocolate Cake which is very light in texture but very heavy on the flavours. You will fall in love with each bite. The presentation of each dish is wonderful. The food is freshly prepared. They don’t have drinks on the menu but you can order from 1522. It's pet friendly too. Valet Parking is available and seating is not a problem either. Highly recommend if you like European food suited to the Indian palate!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Soley, one of the best European cafés in Bengaluru. Located on street 1522, Sarjapur road, this restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience that is sure to please any food lover. Upon visiting Soley, I was immediately impressed by the inviting atmosphere and elegant decor. The menu boasts a wide range of European dishes, and I had the opportunity to try several of them during my visit. From the flavorful chicken risotto to the mouthwatering bagel with Turkish eggs, every dish exceeded my expectations. Some of the standout dishes that I highly recommend include the grilled black pepper chicken skewers, barbeque pork ribs, zucchini fritters, spice dusted corn ribs, and grilled chicken thighs. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with delicious flavors. For dessert, the Pannacotta and Rocky Road Brownie were absolute favorites of mine. What sets Soley apart is the fact that all the menu items have been crafted by renowned chef @chefviraf. His expertise shines through in every dish, and if you are a fan of European cuisine, Soley is definitely a worthy place to visit. I must also mention the Gigolo MOJITO, a cocktail that left a lasting impression on me. This unique creation surprises the taste buds with its sugarcane-based flavors. If you enjoy cocktails, this one is a must-try. Overall, my experience at Soley was nothing short of amazing. The European delicacies, combined with the charming ambiance, made for a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of exceptional European cuisine. Keep following Soley for more delightful culinary experiences.

Soley, the latest addition to Street 1522, has been garnering much hype on social media for its innovative and authentic European dishes. We were intrigued by their well curated menu which was both simple and interesting. We had their Spice dusted Corn ribs which was the definition of creativity on a plate. It tasted amazing too. In mains, we had their aglio oglio pasta and chicken risotto, both dishes tasted good. Finally we ordered their Panna cotta and Burnt white chocolate cheesecake. The cheesecake was especially delicious. The panna cotta was good too but we have tasted better ones before. Overall we had a pleasant and satiating dining experience. Thank you Team Soley.
