I have simply loved the food here and though they have a very limited menu, every dish is worth trying. I love their Big Piece of Surmai Tawa Fry (approx Rs. 300) and the Pomfret too (approx Rs. 400-450)...Chicken Masala Gravy is awesome...Mutton and Prawns available only on Wednesdays and Fridays...Mutton could have been better, it was a little undercooked...They need to add a few Rice items like prawns pulao etc as only white rice option is available...Still I love this place

Atmosphere On weekends be prepared to wait… on the road. Stuffy place…. Unwilling to regulate temp. Service Given the limited menu and the pre-cooked meals, the service is fast Food Cold… don’t expect Garma Garam, Pulka and steamy rice. Pomfret fry - super spicy decent size. Huge surmai in thali we ordered, fish curry sucked…but we loved the prawn masala although it was cold. Solkadi was good too. Overall Just another fish joint….. I wouldn’t drive to eat here but if passing by & hungry might stop

One of the best places in Thane to have sea food. I had ordered a Prawns Masala, Pomfret Thali and Surmai Thali. They serve the Thaki with Bhakri, Fish Curry, Rice and Solkadhi. The size of the Surmai was the biggest I have ever seen. The fish curry was also great. Only the Solkadhi was a bit sweet. Talking of the ambience, it is not so great since there are only 6 tables for dine in. And if you are 1-2 in nos, then you have to share your table with someone else. They should try looking to increase the seating capacity since a large no.of people visit during Sundays and weekends. The service is also good. You need not wait much for your order.

The locals just love this place for its Malvani style seafood. They’ve converted a small house into a restaurant so don’t expect comfortable seating and ambience. However the food quality makes up for your time and money’s worth! Must try dishes are: Pomfret, Surmai and Prawns fry.

Superb Authentic Malvani Taste. Tried Surmai Thali and Pomphret Fry here. Really tasty food with delicious sol kadhi. Must try if i want authentic malvani taste. Go with ample time in hand u will have to wait for table as this place is always crowded, as its one of the oldest home cooked food server in Thane.
