Worst support after sales. Typical money oriented sales team. If you are small purchase customer, looking for spending hard earned money, this is not the place. Sales team literally shut the phone on you after they are done with your purchase. Hardly any etiquette and courtesy can be seen while talking. Would have given negative starts if there was option. What matters to most of the customers is courteous and helpful friendly sales service team with reasonable rates. Not someone who makes you feel insignificant and awful. Never in my life gonna step in there. Update:- after reading negative experience got the call from manager. He apologised in very professional way which btw I do not wanted him to do. But overall looked like he cares a lot about customer satisfaction and can be felt in every sentence he was talking about. I just wish sales team could learn this type of behaviour. Changing rating from 1 to 3 stars! Because manager made me feel better! Wish you all the best team!!

We went to quite a few places to select tiles and our ultimate search ended here. They have the maximum variety and styles. Mr Sagar was very patient and had great awareness on tiles and the products and helped us choose and catered to our requirements.
