We ordered Roof Rail and Spoiler for our new tata punch. The product was correct to specification of the car. Piano Black Glossy finish product. We at the time of purchase, asked the showroom for both of this, they said both together to install cost approx 11K. We were not ready to buy it, as it seems expensive for us, it being a cosmetic accessories, Thanks to Dolphin and Mtek, for giving it to us at a cost of 4.8K, it was very easy to install, we did it ourselves. Only concern we had with was a very small damage at the edge of Roof Rail, however it was not visible. We managed to use it, an advise to Dolphin is please improve your packaging😊

The product came with several clearly visible dents on it. When requested to schedule a pickup, the service agent asked me to book pick up service by myself and they promised to make payment for the same. When I showed the quotation for the pickup service, the service agent said that the pick up price is too high and therefore they will not pay for the pickup and instead suggested me to deliver the product in my own vehicle. This was not possible because the size of the product was too large to fit in my newly purchased vehicle. I ended up having to keep the damaged product without getting any refund or replacement. I will never purchase or recommend anyone to risk spending their money on buying any item from this company as they don't believe investing in customer satisfaction and retention. My relation with them will felt to be transactional. I would consider buying from local shop even if I have to pay some higher price for the same to get better quality of product.

I bought a Meguiar Nxt car wash shampoo from these people. They sent old stock of over two years, with a broken / tempered seal. I made a complaint on email on the same day to arrange a return of the product and refund my money. These people have not bothered to respond despite multiple follow ups. Bad experience with an unresponsive firm. Avoid buying from them. Better to buy from Amazon who are much responsive to customers.
