My patient Narinder Kaur went to the emergency on 4 June2019 around 4:30pm with complaint of chest discomfort. Upon waiting for almost 7 hrs they send the patient out of hospital in a critical state at night time around 11:30pm without thinking that the lady patient accompanying her daughter in law have no place to go in the midnight. They just did the ECG and no treatment was given. The doctor on duty and the staff was very rude too. They keep on telling the patient attendant to take them to some other hospital. They should have started the treatment atleast and send the patient in the morning. As a result of it,the patient died on the way in the auto that they hired from outside. I understand that the treatment is free of cost but it will be of no use if we cannot save a life of someone.

A nice hospital with clean environment but they follow only their rules. Somehow it's good as they provide free services and 3day free medicines, if you need medicines more than 3days then a medicines are available are really low cost in hospital, which is very helpful for poor people. You have to stand in the queue early morning, 5am. Many people feel they are so rude but they follow rules, if you break rules or argue with them, they will throw you out. They only treat patients within 25km radius. They focus on treatment, not on business as other private hospitals.

Sewadars generally speaks very roudly with the patients. They treat patients as they are the owner of the hospital and giving the medicine from their own pockets. The security people treat them as Doctor and send patients back saying that you are fit. Doctors of emergency ward generally ask patients to wait for 1 or 2 hours and then give only one tablet without the check up of the patients. The way of talking of most of the sewadars doctors and other staff is worst than that of Govt hospital. Baba Ji please ask this staff to be treat with some politely with the patients. Radha Soami Ji.

I swear even it do not deserve 1 star because of worst of staff but after visiting today my views about doctors got changed because of obstetrician-gynecologists ....she was a typical educated illiterate people she has no manners how to talk to 21 year patient. Even she didn't listen my problem she just insulted me for my weight which was not according to my age it was 5kg more than required weight. She didn't gave me chance to tell my problem . Others doctor are really nice coz I was also visited general opd doctor at once he was such humble and polite guy but because this stupid illiterate gynecologists my thaughts got changed for doctors as well
