Absolutely divine and innovative Indian food, delicious drinks and outstanding service - the burrata chaat, the crab, the daal, the pulao and the saag tart were exquisite (the 100 layered paneer, paneer kulcha and blue cheese naan were good). Great service by Akshay and overall felt very taken care of. Hope to be back soon!

Two weeks ago, I visited Indian Accent Mumbai to celebrate my 2nd Wedding Anniversary, and I wish to share my experience. Situated at Jio World Centre, the venue is both beautiful and luxurious. However, for a restaurant charging 5500 INR per person for a meal, basic valet parking should be covered. I had to pay an additional 240 INR for valet parking. Moving on, the restaurant exudes class with high ceilings, and we were warmly welcomed by a lady and escorted to our seats. The ambiance was comfortable, the cutlery luxurious, and the table setup intimate. We were presented with the chef's tasting menu, and each dish arrived one by one, both of us opting for the Non-Vegetarian option. Indian Accent Shorba + Blue Cheese Naan - 6/10: The Shorba was decent, and the Blue Cheese Naan was exquisite. We progressed to the Chats, including Sindhi Dal Pakwan, Churan ka Karela, and Dahi Bhalla, all rated 6/10. While my wife found the chats to be okay, I personally appreciated the presentation, especially the miniature designs, and enjoyed the Dal Pakwan. The starters featured Murgh Malai, Gobindobhog & Mushroom Payesh with Fresh Truffles (8/10), Kanyakumari Crab, XO Balchao, Pao (9/10), and Pulled Lamb Dumpling with 'Aab Gosht,' Rice Puffs (7/10). The Meetha Achar Pork Ribs (7/10), a complimentary dish from the chef, presented a nice flavor reminiscent of sticky Korean ribs. A palate cleanser, Strawberry Kala Khatta Kulfi Sorbet, was high on presentation with the essence of Kala Khatta gola. For the mains, my wife ordered Baked Sea Bass, Barberry Pulao, Patrani Butter (4/10), which was deemed quite average, while the barberry pulao added some glory. I opted for Chicken Tikka Meatball, Flame Roast Tomato Makhni (7/10), where the standout was the smoked makhani gravy. Accompanying the mains were Indian Accent Kulcha, Black Dairy Dal Smoked Eggplant Raita, with Butter Chicken Kulcha and Hoisin Duck Kulcha. The latter stood out, and the black dal was smooth, complementing the mains well. Moving on to desserts, with an overall rating of 8/10: Masala Peanut Soft Serve (8/10) was a personal favorite. Daulat Ki Chaat, Rose Petal Chikki, Roast Almond (8/10) was delightful and light. Khubani Ka Meetha, Peach, Malai Papad (6/10) was somewhat heavy, but my wife enjoyed it. A surprise warm Doda Burfi Treacle Tart, Vanilla Bean Ice-cream (8/10) with "Happy Anniversary" written on top was a delightful variation. Despite initial concerns about portion sizes, we found ourselves pleasantly full at the end of the three-hour gastronomical journey. In conclusion, while Indian Accent is an excellent choice for celebrating significant moments or seeking a unique experience, the high cost of the dishes may deter regular visits. Personally, I would lean towards Bombay Canteen for a regular meal. However, if you seek a once-in-a-lifetime experience, Indian Accent is worth considering. The total bill amounted to around 11.5k INR, inclusive of all taxes.

Well, this place is famous righteously. It’s definitely one of the finest place for meals. The menu is tremendous, curated well, servers are brilliant, explains well and food is outstanding. The full course meal is super, little patience is required to keep trying the next course. Prior booking is required here, must try. Located in one of the finest location at bkc, quite nice experience.

We went here on our anniversary. The short answer is : yes, even the Bombay one deserves a spot in the worlds top 100 restaurants. Stellar food, service and ambience. They really looked after us. The saag tart and sweet potato chaat both were beyond amazing! So many vegan options.

With direct competition with Tresind (which is not far) and have visited tresind twice I had mixed feelings after reading the reviews We went for 2 chefs special Christmas tasting menu and 1 Ala Carte. The service was impeccable not to be compared to any, even the Head Chef Rijul Gulati came and asked us about the food which was a very nice touch. We were served by Manav and he was totally honest and really very good 👍 Would really recommend their Chef's tasting menu it is worth the try once

Outstanding 10-course menu at an affordable INR 4,400 per person! I’ve splurged $100+ on equivalent dining experiences, so this was a brilliant value for money. Our hosts: Manas, Hrishikesh, Shweta were all very hospitable and guided us through the experience meticulously. Although every single dish before the desserts that came through shone with flavor and art, my favorites were: - the stuffed morel with mushroom payesh and truffles - the kadhai paneer main course with that truffle kulcha (stuffed with love - best I’ve tried) One thing that could be replaced though: the dahi bhalla. Not that it sucked, but they could’ve done better with that. Dahi bhalla without good spoonfuls of dahi falls flat. You get to reorder any one of the courses before the dessert and I just HAD to get the stuffed morel - mushroom payesh dish once again! One hiccup that in my opinion, could hurt Indian Accent standing on par with Michelin-starred counterparts: the palette cleanser (strawberry kaala khatta sorbet in kulfi style) was not served to us, and we had to remind the host who got it to us AFTER the main course when it should’ve been right before. Also, I feel like the desserts did not shine the way the other courses did. Could do better than a cheesecake in my opinion, but that’s just me. Overall - wonderful dining experience, great service, friendly staff and I would 100% come again.

I have dreamt of going to Indian Accent which has been on my wishlist for the longest time because it's consistently voted as the best restaurant in India and features in Asia's top 50 too. So when they opened up their outlet in Mumbai, I was ecstatic and booked a table for 2 to celebrate our anniversary (paid 2k to reserve a table which is adjusted to the final bill). My super high expectations were mercilessly crushed and we left the restaurant very disappointed with the food which costed us a bomb. We had their tasting menu, both veg and non veg, where the starters were just ok, the main course was just about nice but the desserts were super bad..even my wife who has a sweet tooth didn't enjoy them and we left them out after 2-3 bites. Even though the food presentation was great, there wasn't a single dish that was like a melt in the mouth experience or any that I could say was actually amazing, maybe apart from strawberry kala khatta kulfi sorbet which was actually a pallet cleaner. The only saving grace was the bourbon crush cocktail which was awesome. The place is really well done up, looks very classy, has great washrooms and we sat at a table with a view of the Jio fountain of joy which was just great but then there is no dedicated smoking zone. The service is also top notch as it should be and they were kind enough to give us a small cake (more like Indian sweet) with a candle to celebrate our anniversary. This is the reason I am giving them 3 stars instead of 2. Not sure if the food in the original Delhi branch is at the same level because if it is, then it certainly doesn't deserve the accolades it has got. I would suggest that you rather visit Trèsind in BKC for their tasting menu as its a thousand times better and a bit cheaper too.

Great experience, food was good,I did expect a little better, chef Rijul gulati was extremely nice and humble,he goes to each table and asks how was everything, which show how deeply they are concerned about customer satisfaction, This truly is a great gesture and which deserves 👏 Love the experience, worth going
