The Chef Mom at Hyderabadi Food by the Kilo is a culinary Jewel cum food-Craftswoman in traditional Hyderabadi food. I ordered a tweaked thaal which comprised mutton dum biryani, lauki halva, malai paneer tikka and chicken drumsticks. All the dishes were cooked as per my certain requirements. We tried the Chicken Dum Biryani and it was perfect. As the dinner was for a house party, the biryani was customized with less spice and oil. Have ordered food on a couple of occasions recently. And on both times, the biryanis were just yummy! The chicken charcoal biryani was delicious with just the right degree of smokiness. The meat in the Mutton Dum biryani was literally sliding off the bone and excellently cooked. Delivery too was on time. Will be definitely ordering again!
