The construction progress of this project has been disappointingly slow. Despite being promised completion within six months, it has been over a year and there has been minimal progress. At the current pace, it seems likely that it will take another year to complete. This delay has caused inconvenience and frustration for all those involved. It's imperative that steps be taken to expedite the construction process and complete the project in a timely manner. Despite providing written confirmation to install the tiles which I purchased, the builder has proceeded to install their own tiles. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional behavior, as the customer's wishes were not respected. This has resulted in an unnecessary expense and inconveniences for me.

It should be renamed as "Om Shiv Brighton Lakeview apartments"

It's my home... it's just too good a township... well equipped club house with facilities like swimming pool, professional gym, party hall & lawn, indoor games room, Guest rooms, kids playing area... quite near to the Nagpur - Chandrapur highway (Wardha Road) with easy access to most of the civic services ... 3.5 km from MIHAN (SEZ) & house of campus IIM and AIIMS and also 1km from the metro station, 5KM Nagpur international airport, 3.5KM DMart grocery store, 200Mtr Vegetable market, 300Mtr Famous Kashi Vishwanath temple, 400 Mtr Govt Engg College, 3.5KM DPS School, 1 KM Narayana Vidyalaya etc ... It's beautifully planned, designed and built to develop quite a luxurious lifestyle... the construction quality is also good.... well behaved maintenance staff, good management, not too far from the city... In the near future it will be fetching a good return on investment.... The best place to live.. very pleasant environment and very secure with many facilities inside... everything is just awesome 👍😊

Nice society situated near Mihan and very well connected to the Mihan and National Highway 44 and the airport is just 7 km from this society

Been here for two weeks. Good society with more free or open area to play games or to have walks.

Well maintained society with excellent guards who are doing their job properly.
