This store is big in area and the quantity of products with variety is huge. Store was crowded with shoppers. Staff was polite and helpful. They were prompt in helping to find out the product from the inventory. Most of the products with variety and colour options were there. Billing area was self kiosk operated by customer itself if paying through digital mode.

The store was good but they didn't give us discount coupons even though we purchased a lot of items. This in general wasn't a big issue but guard or whoever was that person asked another guy if he should give us a coupon or not. This was embarrassing because he took so long and almost gave us a discount coupon. This ruins our (my) first experience of this place.

I had to get my cycle seat changed. Was riding my cycle uncomfortably since ages. Thanks to Anshul. Changed the seat. Adjusted the height. Made it a very comfortable experience in store and outdoors.

I left the store with a positive impression, and I'll certainly be returning for my future sporting needs.

I think SOPs should be draft properly or to be implemented properly because at billing counter two customers are taken care by one executive which increases the waiting times at last of shopping.
