NO Transportation facility. Common dining/kitchen not provided. Non functioning of 28 Solar heaters though it is mandatory.All public assets given are of second qualty.Swimming pool defunct.. No clinic/ambulance /pharmacy as promised. The common assets and areas not conveyed to the RWA so far. Very poor transparency in functioning of association leading to 4 litigations in 6years. Indescriminate felling of trees on approach road . FLAT maintenance charges despite wide variations in sizes of flats and villas . OSR violations. Permanent recurring liability of penalty with property tax to flat owners for building deviations. The common assets and areas not conveyed to the RWA so far. The upside is: Spacious rooms.

Spread over a wide area the complex with apartments and villas looks good. The temple though not very big is clean. The lush greenery is maintained well. The walking/ jogging tracks are inviting. It was a cloudy day when we visited so we had a wonderful time roaming around and exploring. It may not be so enjoyable on a sunny day.

Nice one. I saw lots of trees at the entrance gate. I like it. There were separate spaces for apartments and villas. One con I see about the apartments is in the lobby, there is no individual space. Doors are too closer to each other.

Well maintained beautiful & quiet surroundings.. peacocks, lots of other bird varieties, trees.. good place for post retired living.. lack of public transport from/to is a disadvantage for those without own vehicles

Coimbatore is a vibrant city with multi dimensional activities. Sreevatsa Global Village in Coimbatore is a serene spot in an otherwise busy city. Sreevatsa Global Village has villas and apartments of different sizes. Recently I stayed with a friend in this Global Village. Awesome place.

They have organized and efficient environment for its residents. The traffic system within the complex is well-structured and easy to navigate, making it simple for people to get around and exit the premises.

Excellent residential community with a mix of villas and apartments. Ample Greenery and good maintenance of public/common spaces makes this community an attractive place.
