It is such a place where prices up and down on demand . My husband ordered customised ball pen at Rs.450 and after a couple of month I also ordered the same it takes Rs.550. When I came to know I called the owner he told price increases and decreases it is not fixed. I would suggest pls confirm prices from other shops also before ordering.

Amazing customer service I needed a personalised gift for a colleague at the last minute, so I went to Prodopia in the afternoon to get one. They had one last piece of the product I wanted. Even though it takes them a day to deliver it, they agreed to do so by evening. When I went to pick up my order later that day, I was informed that due to a problem with the printing machine, something else was engraved on it in place of the text I had requested. I was furious because I didn't have time to look for something else. However, they patiently handled the mishap and managed to get the exact same piece delivered to my place in the late evening by connecting with another vendor. I truly appreciate how they handled the situation, did not deflect responsibility, and delivered the product to my location at their own expense, as promised. That was a very rare experience of excellent customer service from a local shop.

It's a nice small shop dealing with personalized gifts. The place offers a wide variety of options in terms of gifts; probably the best in Guwahati. Quality and service is also quite satisfactory. Price is a bit on the higher side.
