Ignore the star ratings. I was keen to apply later understood the following, which i believe is a honest feedback from few who have left Data Patterns. Pros - Ideal platform for Freshers to seek and get trained on live projects, offers excellent learning, but it is pain coupled with learning, worth offering 2-3 years employment bond, one of the best technology and product intensive company. Cons - Lacks good culture, the project leaders are not accommodative rather arrogant, unfriendly and abusive, job lacks work life balance, all work and no play for any personal growth, requires more travel and work at customers facility. Worst part is once you resign, you will be treated like dirt, they don't even bother to thank you for your services, will dig out all pending work and force you to complete and go in 3 months. Even after doing all that, they will not provide experience letter especially for Core tech & Marketing, they will ignore and not answer any third party verification especially when you get placed with MNC, etc. Funny thing about, most of the 4+ ratings are given by their current workers who are on their payroll. For Freshers this company is recommended.
