I have a hard time understanding how distinct these cuisines are from each other, just like how North Indians cannot differentiate between the 4 South Indian languages. While I continue to explore and learn the nuances of these cuisines, the food from Middle Eastern nations continues spread like love! A cuisine that struck a chord with Hyderabadis like no other. At a time when the culturally diverse and ever evolving city was still exploring the Oriental cuisine beyond noodles and fried rice, had just started to accept the fact that Burgers and Fried Chicken are a meal and not a mere evening snack, while Pizza and Pasta was still between their jaws trying to find its way to the heart, this big brother called Arabian food entered the dining room and enraptured the non vegetarians in a way that caused the biggest disripture in the history of city's culinary scene. So strong was its charm, that it gave Biryani, a dish that the city swears by, a run for its money! And just like Chinese, the people are now exploring the cuisine beyond Mandi and Shawarma. Turkei Boti, Moroccan Chicken, Oqdah Laham, Samak Mashwi and Shish Tawooq are some of the stellar offerings from the extensive menu. This place serves the best Yemeni Cuisine in the area of towlichoki. They have the perfect appetite of yemeni taste. As they are getting very much positive vibes froms the costumers they have expanded a different section for families. Comming to food. I have tried. MUTTON FAHSA. Basically its a Mutton shorba served with malwah bread. AGDAH CREAM CHICKEN. Mixture of a chicken chunk along with veggies and cream. I personally love this dish. BUKHARI RICE with MUTOON HANID. Mutton hanid is a slow cooked mutton piece for 6-7 hours stuffed with special spices. SHAWAYA. Its a grill chicken but the taste is completely different. Must have dish when you visit this place. Ended with dessert MASOOB. Combination of brown bread, banana cream condensed milk, topped with corn flakes.It good to have when its warm.. Overall people who love middle eastern dishes would actually like this place a alot.

This outlet has two different branches & this one is for family. Super friendly staff and quick service. Well as the other branch is just at a walkable distance. Lets talk about food now.! Mutton Fahsa : Fahsa is Yemeni Stew. It is made of lamb cutlets with lamb broth. Spices and hilbah ( a dip made with fenugreek.) Made after cooking. The meat was super tender and flavourful. Aqdah Creamy Chicken with Mulawah Bread : Boneless Pulled Chicken with veggies, super creamy and very much mild in taste. Pairing with a yemeni special bread which had sesame seeds on it. Bukhari Rice with Mutton Haneeth : A traditional Yemeni Dish, which is cooked in an underground pit for about 5-6 hours, served with a bed of flavourful bukhari rice containing rasinis and carrots in it. Served with a tomato dip. Moving on to the Dessert. Masoob : Masoob is a traditional yemeni dessert. This is a banana-based dessert made from over-ripe bananas, ground flat bread, cream, cheese, dates, and honey. It is pretty popular in the gulf. Tried mutton aqdah with mulaw bread. Bukhari rice with grill chicken. Mutton aqdah- ok ok Bread - good Bukhari rice - not good. Many serve better rice than this in paranount colony. I've given 3 star for the service, and attentiveness. For food I would rate it a 4 star, Besides the obviously popular Hyderabadi Biryani, there is another dish that deserves similar recognition if not more, Taste was little bit similar to Mandi. It's not overwhelmingly spiced yet beautifully flavourful, it's one rice dish (bukhari) you won't mind dry fruits with. You can choose your meat and even the way it is cooked, my favorite is beef aqdah. The red tomato chatni is not to be missed as it gives the dish a very refreshing lightness. I was kind of disappointed with the sitting arrangement as well but I guess that is their choice.
