Tower 1 and 2 are ready and possession offered. Nicely built units with good construction quality. It is a government sports complex facing, which is free of cost to use. Beautiful view of Aravallis. It is late according to the committed time. But otherwise I really liked it. Excellent air ventilation in flats. Many families have already shifted to the flats.

Not as per commitment, too much delay in possession, at the time of registration, they committed to give possession till Dec 2018 or hardly Apr 2019. But till today, may 2020.only first flour of my tower is under process..even structure is not ready..OMG..cheated customer badly..i am going to take legal action against them..

I own a flat in Supertech Basera... They are fraud builders and please don't trust any of their marketing dealers. They are cheaters too they will take money and with no progress in construction, will send you threatening emails to clear your dues. Same is the condition with many of their projects in NCR.

Supertech are number 1 cheaters. They will never deliver flats on time. They may delay by more than 10 years, Or it is also likely that they won't give you possession any time. Please dont but their property.

Good place to live because it away from crowd or well structured and you can enjoy aravali mountain views also it just 1 km away from these basera flats.

Fraud... if you value your money do not invest.. paid 2 lkh for booking now they are not refunding my money and my flat allotted to other at higher price

Place is good, location is good, but construction work is going very very slow, very few workers

Whoever is telling this project also good …..pl save us God from them
