We did a trek upto Achara Light house and the experience was mesmerizing !! The view from the top was breath taking and peaceful...on the way, he gave us a lot of information about the history of the place and also about local animals and incidences...We also did deep sea fishing, which was a great experience. He taught us the correct techniques to fish and we also caught a few fish...both these experiences are definitely recommended !!

We went on the mangrove safari with Tourism4in1 and it was an enjoyable experience. The guide, Omprakash, shared many interesting facts about mangroves and their importance to both nature and humans. We also saw some birds like the common egret, brahminy lite and mighty white bellied sea eagle, apart from jellyfish during the boat ride. It's best to call them beforehand as the timing for mangrove safari depends on the timings of the high tide. They also provide hats in addition to life jackets for the mangrove safari, which is really good to see!

Extremely informative by Om Prakash Acharekar, must have experience of mangrove, even in low tide when one can go inside the mangroves, a fascinating experience of a small boat ride in the ocean.

Had a great experience of mangrove safari with our host Mr. Omprakash. He has a very good knowledge of mangroves and he explains very nicely. Had an awesome experience in backwaters and also at sangham point near the beach. Total value for money ride of 1 hour... Please check the timings of low tide and high tide before planning this ride as this trip is not possible if there is a complete low tide.. So call them 1 day prior and check the timings and plan your day accordingly...
