Absolutely wonderful 90 minute Shirodhara massage. if only I could have one of these every week. Took me a while to come back down to earth after this treatment. The only shame was that I was catching a night train that evening and lost the benefits. Highly recommended Center.

One of the best experiences . I am from Jordan and I came to Kerala to study. I always wanted to try seeradhara , which is known in Kerala, and this was the best place to have this experience with a very relaxation massage. The staff is professional, very helpful and cheerful. Had come here after seeing the great reviews on google. They offer many types of ayurvedic treatments. My husband and I opted for the deep body massage. My husband also had shirodhara while I added a reflexology session. Absolutely amazing! Felt so relaxed, I dozed off during the reflexology. The price is worth the treatment they give you. Very friendly staff.

This is a hidden gem for ayurvedic treatment on lighthouse beach road. We took abhyangam, shirodra and Khizi treatment done and it was just fantastic. Released all our stress and pain. Oils used were very good quality and Baiju and his colleagues are experts in their craft. Very polite and welcoming too.
