Purchased branded watch from a Shopper stop, hardly wore for 5 times. Bracelet colour start fading. When went to complaint the fault they refuse as it is not cover in their warranty. Such big disappointment never ever I have expected from brand like TATA.

I have purchased an online watch and had an issue regarding its authenticity. I went here to check this issue, but the staff ignored us and behaved very rudely. The person didn't open the box and did not even see the product thoroughly. This is not what we expect from a brand store of a TATA.

Hey great experience here for eyes testing and eye glasses. Nice staff all equipments are well maintained and working well. Great hospitality and excellent quality of Titan glasses and frames. Yes prices are some high but worth. Must have your eye glasses from this place.

I have visited the world of titan as to make my watch fit for me and to shorten the length of the band a bit. My experience visiting there was great. They treated me really well. They even opened there store for more than their working hours as I have called them before reaching there to confirm whether the store is open or not and they told me that you can come. There were many varieties of watches and perfumes of skinn by titan.

I had a best experience till my now with Mr. Rajeev at Titan Eye he changed my Sunglass power lens just free of cost and their service are mind blowing Must visited place
