Recently I have purchased badminton racket at the shop. Kasi have helped me to select the perfect racket for me and my friends. He very well explained the specs of the rackets. He is very good in technical aspects of rackets The entire store amazing environment. Especially the multi ball space is asome and I have really enjoyed very much.

Decathlon is one of our favourite store for our family for all our outdoor activity needs. We have been to multiple store both in Canada and India. One of the best location is the OMR marina mall store. Both my family and I had a great experience buying skate board and other gears. Sandhiya from OMR location was great rep in the store with good hands on experience and patience. She built confidence for my kids on the skate board. She is knowledgeable and knows customer service. Keep the good work going. It is difficult to get these kind of services in all the places.

I was buying pants from clearance sale. It was all 60 percent off. But when i went to billing, their billing machine was not putting discount on it. After i told them i took it from clearance sale, they confidently said clearance discount is already subtracted which was not true, and started showing me MRP to make their claim justified. After insisting some more time, they started verifying and i showed them the price written in clearance section is far lower than what is written in the bill. Finally they rectified, but i am sure their products are way too overpriced and hardly they take into discounts, the machine bills and whats actually written there are not always consistent. Later, when asked for the review during billing, they chose "very satisfied" review for me without giving me any option to review my experience for myself. I also have some bad experience with the cycle i bought here, for examples, their mudguards and pump are really low quality. Moreover, they have a very opportunistic mindset. If one mudguard breaks, they will force you to replace both by saying mudguards always come in pair. There is no more puncture facility in decathlon. They will force you to change tire tube itself after every puncture.

We are very satisfied with the product (Treadmill) Abdul is very nice person and he understood our expectation and given a good choice of product which comes under our cost estimation. As he said the product has delivered and installed on time. Thank you Abdul for your good service.
