Sweet talks, Airforce Ex Employee mention many times to gain trust but short on promises. Ensure you pay his fees only after 1 month post moving into your new house so that all the sweet promises are actually fulfilled. Also the lease deed he designs is very much in favour of landlord and against Tenants. Read before you sign. He mentions many tough legal terms that don't exist in Tricity law books. Be Careful as he becomes very different person when confronted. Even on bad google reviews, he threatens legal action. Just imagine!!
