Honestly this is my first purchase experience with Vijay Sales and it has been outstanding. I was referred to this store manager by my brother in law and I really got lucky. What amazed me was the customer care and that one extra mile to satisfy by doing the best for their customers. Firstly I was offered the best pricing for the product Apple IPad 10th Gen. Secondly I got my choice of colour. Thirdly it was personally delivered with utmost care by one of their staff. Fourthly ease of payment via swipe machine and dispatch of invoice via email. What more can you ask for, hence my experience was truly exceptional. I have been here some time ago..Medipally Vijay sales is a big showroom which has all kinds of electronics. I had purchased a water purifier for my home and i got the best deal.. The only concern i have is we need to stand while billing on the ground floor i have stood for 10+ minutes and nobody offered a chair. This showroom has no difference with other showrooms but this is lengthy. We can go for it..
