Had an amazing ride through the gorgeous Kumarakom backwaters. We booked the stay option. Chek in at 12 noon, ride through the backwaters till 5.30 and they park the boat at the shore we had started the journey. You'll get complimentary breakfast before checkout at 9. The staff was so friendly and courteous. Accomodated all our requests. The food was made on the boat itself and it was delicious.

It is second time, same environment and behaviour. Highly recommended

Its was unforgettable experience with Kerala house Boat team, Mr. Ajil and the team took care of us like family members, Chef Kannan, Mr. Sam, and Mr. Kalesh so professional and caring, the food made by them was delicious, over all extra ordinary experience from them, surely will recommend to my friends and family. Pictures looked better than real life. Our contact was good on communication but should have been more upfrojt about pricing. MAKE SURE to go over all the pricing before hand to avoid surprises. The boat was old and not in the best shape. AC in one room didn't blow cold air. Food was amazing and tasted great. But definitely recommend Alapuzha instead of Kumarakom for better houseboat experience.

I had an excellent experience with the Boathouse rental in Kumarakom. The pricing was transparent, and they efficiently communicated what to expect via WhatsApp, complete with accurate photos and details. Locating the place was easy, and the two-person team, one for cooking and one for navigation, were both friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this boathouse rental for a delightful and well-managed trip.

The boat house is great. The boat was squeaky clean, the room is good. It is definitely worthwhile exploring Kumarakom once. Ajil is great with assisting and people on the boat were very welcoming, food was great too. The only downside is High cost during peak season.

We spent two days on the houseboat and it was an awesome experience The crew was so friendly and the chef was amazing We could wish for whatever food we liked and they prepared it very nicely In the evening we anchored at quite places and could go for strolls During the day we enjoyed the relaxing cruise over the lake and waterways Internet also worked so even a bit of work could be done Overall a very pleasant experience Thanks a lot

We had an amazing time on the boat, it was a perfect day out and very relaxing. The food was delicious and the chef was even able to accommodate for us vegans! Ajil is very friendly and accommodating, I would highly recommend Kerala House Boaters!

We had a lovely time. The staff was kind and helpful. The chef cook was good and the food tasty, made to our preferences and timings. The captain interacted very nicely with our 10-year old child and let her steer the boat for a little while. Room and bathroom were clean and functional. The communication with the company manager via whatsapp was swift and appropriate. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
