Very Bad experience here .. taking time to write this after shopping here multiple times... the staff were onto to me the moment I entered.. asking me to give 5 stars.. 1. No co ordination btw helping staff and billing team.. one person says ye item discount me hai...on billing counter the same will be rejected by system.. making fools out of customers..who are standing in line for at least 20mts on avg (especially during discount season). 2. No one seems to have proper idea abt the scope and terms of discount..each one will give his/her own answers..and on billing counter things go for a toss.. 3.the helping boy says if you take x amount..and add perfumes at billing.. u'll be eligible for discount (₹3k dis for ₹6k Val, the bill Val came to ₹5,998) once the same perfume was added.. it was billed on MRP price making one shell out extra ₹400 bucks.. now, aftr we spend significant time and energy , the team on billing desk says... anything above 6k will be billed at full amount..and one has to bill ₹7k to get the 50% benifit for that extra amount.. (a mukka munde, adiginappudu cheppachu kada raja) Well terms and conditions are what they are.. can't blame the staff..but the staff interacting with customers must have clear knowledge and must explain the same to customer.. instead, they create more confusion and frustration
