Chelavara Water falls is completely fenced , you can only peep a view to the falls. There's a private property leading directly to the falls for which you may be have to face a range of penalties. The path leading to the falls is beautiful. Nothing much to enjoy apart from the lush green view of the hills. Advised to visit only during rainy season. Four stars only for the Nature.
