They seem to have lost the plot even before they have become operational. They have charged 3x the price of the test when compared to the market price and completely messed up on the committed timelines of the reports While all that is pardonable, not communicating the right things and not being reachable / not sticking to the commitment of call backs is dsastrous in a healthcare field when the patients are eager for their reports. Utterly Disappointed

pathetic service, i went for a GP consultation. Before coming i called there for an appointment and they said no appointment needed. When I came no one there, I waited then doctor started calling people as per their appointment. I told them I was told no appointment needed still they did not send me in. I wasted 1.5hrs there and left without check-up. Please don't go there, I went there after saw practo rating of Dr. Venkata Subbarao, but the experience was the worst. Also he takes more than half hour of each patient. I will never go there again, neither recommend.

This is the worst clinic to go get your blood test. My uncle and aunt had visited and they took 7 tubes of blood and mentioned I would get the report by eod. As usual nothing was updated and I had to follow up for 2 days. Finally they responded stating that they hemolyzed the samples. What a pathetic service. Why on earth will someone discard blood samples Without running tests because of their carelessness. They asked for new blood samples which I won’t be doing. Worst place, pathetic service.

I ve come for my 8am appointment and there was nobody in the clinic… waited for 30mn and left

Front office staff are the main eye for the company. But in ur clinic ur front office female doesn't have eye and the ears, she will be in mobile with ear buds. Even after giving the clear patient details she made mistake of billing female for male.

Mismanaged clinic and pharmacy. Avoid.
