Had a pleasant experience The doctor and the staff were very understanding and have provided the reports way before the expected time to help me submit them for review.

Before paying money here ask if the doctor is available. We came for a scan and paid money, then they silently reveal that doctor will come in 5 mins. They then call the doctor to start from home, who then comes after 40 minutes. When we asked why didnt they inform doctor is not available prior to paying the money, they pretend to call the doctor and go hide in one of their rooms. If they mentioned doctor is not available and will come after 30 mins, we would have left and come back later without any hard feelings. But I hate this kind of unprofessional, unethical behaviour. So, never going here again.

I had a very bad experience at Helia Diagnostic in Manikonda. My son tested positive for dengue but received a negative result in the soft copy. His fever and symptoms remained the same. When we obtained a hard copy, it confirmed his positive status. How can they play with patients' health? If platelet levels drop, it's the patient's loss.
