Shri Balepadmavati devasthana is situated at a place named Vadanabailu which is a nestled in a pristine and ecologically sensitive zone of the Western Ghats, along with Sharavati River Project. The temple is around 6 km inside Forest check post. At the check post visitors have to register their name, phone number and aadhaar number as per security protocol. There are two temples belonging to the same goddess, one is the main temple, other is the Moola temple.

Shree Vadanbailu Padmavati Devi Temple or Balle Padmavathi Devi is the place of this grate goddess, who did not lag behind in serving the lord after knowing that Dharanendra had already averted the trouble by spreading his hoods. Thousands of devotees throning here is increasing day by day. The image of the Goddess which was transfered from Hebbailu to the pilgrimage, is lying on the self evolved ant hill, which started to develop and at present has turned out to a huge at hill. The whole or anthill is covered by bangles submitted by devotees after their wish fulfilled. Only by close observation we can see the anthill. Other things such as saree, Naga images are also submitted. The miracle of the goddess is such that many temples are averted easily. I have personally seen many devotees who have told me about getting rid of their troubles. Tuesday, Friday & the new moon day are considered special here; we can see special power of the goddess, On these days the attendance is more than usual. We could see the power of goddess even where the modem medical science fails. It Is true that the goddess always exherts to avert troubles of her devotees. This compassionate exhertion of the goddess Is - praise worthy. It is said that celestials are assays indulged in sensual enjoyment but, by seeing the work of this goddess, I feel it difficult to accept as such. Let us avail of the goddess.

It's believed that if we pray for something and once wish is fulfilled, we have to offer bangles to the divine.

Nice place but we have to go by own vehicle otherwise waiting for government bus for no timings

Located near to Jog falls around 6km to reach the temple. The road is not great. You have to register at the check post before entering the road to temple. The temple is very clean and well maintained. It was not crowded. Very peaceful and surrounding ambiance is nicer when it rains.

Beautiful temple and surroundings, about 6-7 km from famous jog falls. But Road is in worst pathetic condition. Better go by tourist vehicle or bus over there. We need 40min to travel just 7km. Requesting authorities to improve the path
