No doubt you get quality medical treatment but they are very very poor in customer service in terms of time managemnt and system. I had visited the hospital with a backpain after a fall and the doctor himself had recommended not to sit on rough surfaces. Sadly the hospitals sitting arrangements are wooden benches, and adding to that as a patient i had to wait hours to get a massage of 15 minutes. One day i even went back home without geting treatment even after waiting for 2 hours. Anyone who wants to visit this hospital must get a confirmed time before you leave frim home. If not be ready to wait for hours.
