Includes combined register offices of ANNA NAGAR, ASHOK NAGAR & VILLIVAKKAM in 1'st and 2'nd floors respectively. Located just opposite to the Maduravoyal Taluk Office. Not fully packed but decently crowded and ofcourse govt offices take their own time for all proceedings. Restrooms here are very poorly and badly maintained.

Having both registration and taluk offices in Nolambur is comfortable and convenient for the people in and around Mogappair and Nolambur, who wants to register their properties and marriages. It's an integrated registration office for Anna Nagar, Ashok Nagar and Villivakkam so it's so crowded especially on Muhoortha dates because of a lot of Marriage registrations on the same day, which needs to be managed and arranged properly. They have to plan accordingly to have a separate office for Marriage registrations, without disturbing the Property registrations. The office has 2 floors and each floor has 2 divisions and for us it's second floor. The have comfortable plastic chairs to wait until our token has been called, but on crowded days it's not enough. There was no lift facility available for aged and differently abled people (the lift was either not working or out of service), which is a major concern that needs to be addressed. They also have document writers inside the office. On our property registration day, there were a lot of law college students or junior lawyers in black and white, who got involved in all kinds of property disputes and Katta panchayat between both the parties, which was a total nuisance to the public in waiting hall. As one can expect the toilets and restrooms inside the premises were stinking. Coming to the Parking 🅿️, they have ample space available to park four wheelers though this space is not enough during suba Muhoortha dates for registration and we witnessed a lot of marriage photoshoots in the parking area, while they were waiting for their tokens to be called and these photoshoots are crossing the line and nuisance to other people coming along with their children. There were no supervisors or Watchmen to keep the premises under control. The sub registrars should take note of these and take adequate actions and make proper arrangements to the public as they charge 11% as a registration and stamp duty to the citizens to give them a comfortable and convenient way to register the properties with peace of mind.

Extremely dirty. Litter all over the place. Not maintained at all. If authorities have turned a blind eye towards their own offices how can we expect them to maintain our neighborhood. Can't believe the person heading the office is an IAS.

It's rare to see a government office like this. Lift and ac facilities make the public feel happy. Good experience to visit

It's surprising that the staff openly asking for cash to complete the transaction through the document writers. The staffs have a good relationship with the document writers and they forcefully demanding the amount at the neck of the moment in-spite of all valid documents. This happened to one of my close friend (widow & illiterate) where they demanded 25k to complete the transaction. She cried and bargained for 20k and finally completed the transaction. The agent says, it's Normal and it happens in every SRO. Government should bring in new laws to curb these behaviors.

Very clean, good maintained waiting hall. Staff were all pleasant and well mannered. Only thing is that, it's location. Deep inside Nolambur, with no sign boards to give route and location. Only GPS helps. Good Government office. I can give 4+ star
