price is too high it is currently 8500 per square feet which is absolutely waste in ramnagar. amenities will cost you 8.5 lakh .all the construction is with cement blocks not with red bricks.currently sq feet cost in ramnagar is 5 to 7 k only

Great Location. Right in the middle of the city The architecture and design are absolutely brilliant, and this may/will be the best property to live in. 100% sure that the visuals of this property will be hot topic once a few blocks are fully completed. Still under construction but looking good, facilities gonna be great.!

Still construction is in progress. Internal access road not yet developed. Understand drinking water facility from municipal supply is not yet established. Common enquiry room/reception can be provided. Nearby musi drain canal is a disadvantage. Residents are very courteous.

Very good apartments in the city limits

In this area this apartment is very good. But parking is a little bit difficult to park. Because there were so many pillars very close to each other. And no signal at the parking area on the basement. The driver has to wait at the ground floor. Rent starts from 25k may be little bit less also it depends upon floors. Very near to the main road. Beside this apartment at some distance u can see big Nala .

Bad construction, worst management, irresponsible maintenance team. Altogether, not a good place to stay with family especially if you have young kids. Lots of problems like unfinished construction, leakages, seepage, water scarcity.

Had a good experience visiting this place. There was a peaceful ambience, the location is also very nice.

U can't ask any better place to. Live at the prime center of the city than.this gated venture. Very great construction and no.complains.

The building complex is well planned and executed. The electrical and sanitary fittings are of good quality.

Loved the society. Must visit and a great place to live.
