Aligners worked well but once permanent retainer was set, things started to go south. I followed the directions provided yet my permanent retainer broke and the doctor that was assigned to me fully started ignoring my text messages and me seeking help regarding my permanent retainer. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Would not recommend this as the post treatment service is horrible.

My treatment is incomplete and no one responds to my calls or text. They are avoiding me and denying treatment after I paid the full amount. I got gum issues and bleeding with their aligners, no one responds even after making multiple attempts. This is a total fraud company.

I was under treatment with them . I had to move to Europe , they insisted to use their product which I did . Since then I have not got any help or advice from them . It's like there whole attitude changed . Now the retainer they gave me broke and there executives are not responding to me and whenever they reply they talk with careless tone . The one lady she is rude and the whole company doesn't care after sales. I will put screenshot of the chat in few days if they don't respond.

My life's biggest mistake was to go for the aligner treatment. They have a set of highly unprofessional and underqualified doctors who give you promises like bite correction, removement of teeth gaps and proper alignment. Its been two years with neither of it met. They will ask you to transfer the entire treatment's cost the very first day but will fail to send you aligners on time. They will keep you waiting for 2-4 months for your aligners to reach you. They are least bothered if you are happy with the treatment. If patient is complaining about relapse of teeth these people become happier as if we are going to come back to them for same treatment again. I have been following up to them for retainers but its been more than 2 months but they fail to give me appointment for retainers. These people want our teeth to relapse or may be even if we die these people will be the most happy people! WORST experience of my life!!!!

If only Google had the option of zero stars. They are the worst dental company to exist, honestly, they should be banned from doing practice. For the rest who want to save their money and not fall in their trap read this: Unfortunately, I fell in the trap of 32 Watts claiming that they would treat my teeth with aligners in about an year or so and took whole payment in one go (I resisted there a whole story there). After paying the money, they never contacted me and I had to reach out to them regarding the treatment. Long story short, the treatment started when their unprofessional Dr. Vivek extracted my front teeth claiming it will hinder the aligner treatment. After wearing all sets of aligners for almost an year or so, I notice no difference and I started asking them about the progress and they blamed the patient that you are not wearing the alingers. In between, they changed my dentist 10 times claiming that the previous doctor had to quit and what not. Their salesperson who is no longer working with them Aman who the catalyst of this unprofessionalism. Even after 2 years, my aligner treatment never got completed and they blamed me for not wearing the aligners. If any unprofessional person from 32 watts is reading this, I have one question- why should someone with now a new front teeth extracted not wear the aligner? I am ashamed to even open my mouth and smile in fronts of others because of you. My anxiety have been sparked up because of you and you have looted me. I recently went to a different dentist and they told me whoever did you treatment for aligners ruined your teeth by creating such gaps between your teeth and you would have a lot of trouble with your teeth for rest of your life because of those gaps. So in short, 32 watts RUINED MY TEETH FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE and I GENUINELY WISH YOUR COMPANY SHUTS!

When they did IPR on my teeth, I had severe bleeding. Worst team and poor quality of aligners. I am trying to file case against them for taking money from me and cheating me. Please avoid 32 watts and save your hard earned money and time.

Consequently, every coordinator would stop responding to your calls or messages, making you realize the need to consult a genuine professional orthodontist. This situation places you in the mess of having already paid a substantial amount to 32Watts, only to find yourself obliged to pay the entire amount again to a professional dentist because 32Watts abandons the treatment midway. It is advisable not to invest your money in this fraudulent company that inevitably denies the treatment promised initially. What they claim at the outset never comes to fruition.

My son was taking a tratement and they have stopped replying after few months doctor assigned to him kept changing and they don't bother replying . His retainer is broken and they are not talking nicely or helping in any way .
