    They are unable to deliver the parcel on time. Customer service is not good, they can't do anything. My parcel is with them from past 4 days but still not delivered. Their numbers are also not working for any enquiry. They fool around people Worst courier agency of DTDC. Very unprofessional & Immature attitude from agency head while dealing with customer. DTDC should close this agency and people should avoid sending any of your important parcel through DTDC
