One of the best places for healthy and tasty meals in surat. Service is impeccable and help is very professional polite and courteous. I had the falafel with pita and the same was mind blowing ( maybe the best in India) I would also recommend their coffee( black) , which was truely amazing

We had a amazing experience here...Eat and Fit is one of the most loved places in surat, for the quality of diet and healthy food.. They have a unique and interesting diet menu. I recommend this place especially for those who prefer healthy menus. All items made with OLIVE OIL, BROWN RICE, BROWN BREAD , MULTIGRAIN ATTA, OATS, RAGI ETC... Personally I suggest MOONG GREEN SOUP, PANEER BHURJI, PESTO PANEER, EXOTIC VEG KHICHDI, MUSHROOM PANEER PIZZA ( WHEAT BASE), VEG CLUB SANDWICH, WATERMELON FETA SALAD, GREEK SALAD and STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE for order.....
