Most of us don't know. Flamingo inn is actually better than other 5 star hotels in Trivandrum. I've stayed across various hotels including 5 stars and I'm saying this is the one, this is the best. Great location. Great city views. And Really great behaviour from the staffs. Very good and safe parking space underneath the building. I suggest you go for it rather than some overpriced rooms across Trivandrum.

There is a pub named Gravity in this building, it's not seen in Gmap. Its good for the ambinece and they are charging a 100 rs extra for beer which is ok comparing rest of the pubs in tvm. The food sucks. The beaf fry and Kerala porotta I ordered was not good.

Held a function at Flamingo and the setup was nice. They have the spacious CORE hall, which can accommodate nearly 70-80 people in seating and provide food for around 50 people. We had sadya, which is difficult to cater but was done neatly. Regarding sadya quality it was on higher side, some of the dishes were not up to mark (like sambhar) but overall everything was good. The customer service was very good, Gogy was my contact and he helped us in a big way to conduct the function. Also the location of hotel helps for people coming from Ernakulam or Alleppey since it's on Bypass and opposite Infosys.

I booked a room at this hotel and was able to check in early due to renovation. I had booked a room with breakfast, which they said was a buffet. However, there were only a few items available at the buffet, and the food was good. When I entered the room, I could hear a lot of noise from the renovation. I requested for a different room, but the new room was smaller than the one I had booked. I was satisfied that the noise from the renovation was not audible in the new room. Overall, my stay was okay, but it would have been better if I had booked the room directly with the hotel. The rate would have been lower.

Horrible experience. Right from the reception experience to the room facilities and at the end invoicing all were pathetic. I checked in with my wife, paid for twin sharing rates and found it that they offer only one bottle of water as complimentary! We were given only card to enter the room. Door panel had damaged card reader and made some funny noises during the night. We couldn't get though the extensions and were forced to call landline and then speak with the front office. I have till date not received the invoice that i asked for. Hot water never came. Horrible horrible experience!

Close to UST and Infosys , smack opposite of the highway ! The small pub / eatery Gravity on the first floor was super. The beef fry was cooked well and the food was fresh. All liquor and cocktails were good and we had a good time !

Trivandrum is just boomed with lots of BAR. Flamingo inn was once room only set up now established as an executive BAR. Close to the technopark and Service road, all the way it's accessible. They are maintaining good service quality and food quality. Executive BAR will attract and be worth visiting with your friends and colleagues.

New " The Gravity Bar" . Good ambience since its a new place ..smoking Zone is also there...no ac but with fans ..it had more people than the AC bar.. good selection of drinks. Food is ok .basic selection .

Truly amazing service. We put up an anniversary function there. The hall was absolutely fantastic. Each and everything was dealt in an orderly manner. Really made our day memorable❤. Appreciating Mr. Georgy and other staffs for their excellent service. Such a wonderful day. Choose Flamingo for any sort of function as they make every events memorable❤.

Walkable distance to Infosys and UST situated in a very hot area i would say. Great place to stay with my family and enjoyed their services quite well. Respectfull staffs and services. Also i want to mension their brekfast, which was served so preffosionly and well maintained hygene as well. Thankyou team Flamigo Inn.

Right now there is a lot of construction going on in the hotel, so i can advice not to book this hotel for now. But overall hotel is good, staff are very polite and well trained, rooms were properly cleaned, breakfast options were tad enough, nothing to complaint about. I am sure once the construction is over, it will be a great executive hotel.

Extremely disappointed with the amenities. They have mentioned swimming pool, gym and many more amenities but saying everything is under renovation. The higher price is being paid only for the amenities but none of them are available. Even the rooms are extremely small and not cozy at all. This cannot be 3 star hotel at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody for the price they are charging.

Food, cleanliness and staff are good. Ac, facilities and view from room are bad. There is no fan in the room and ac system is pretty complicated and unreliable.

HORROBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL AND THE TEAM. I had a stay at this hotel for my vacation at trivandrum. We were 7 people and booked 3 rooms. Horrible hospitality, and when complained they said that the hotel was under renovation. Even simple breakfast items like idli tasted bland and foul. This hotel chaims to be a 4 star however there was no warm water facility in the washrooms. Please make a very very wise and thorough decision before booking the place.

I had quite a horrible experience here. The rooms are okay but they don’t allow outside food. The restaurant have minimal options. Room cleaning is not done daily until we call them and ask them to clean it. One good benefit is, they allow us to check in round the clock. Service can be improved.

Rooms were comfortable. Problem was with the room service. If food is ordered at 8:45pm, how can someone serve it at 10:30pm saying that they had lost the booing paper?!! Ridiculous. Banquet hall service (for functions) pathetic! For a function at 12 noon, the hall is not ready even by 11:15am!What kind of service is this? Parking not at all adequate even for 50 cars. Never plan to host any major function(wedding/engagement reception etc.) there. Very poor.

We had a great stay at the hotel! the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and service was swift. Aleena, the security guard, and the front office staff were all very helpful. This is one of the best hotels in Trivandrum than other hotels, good atmosphere, decent breakfast options and it is close to the airport. I was cautious about their room services after reading numerous reviews, but I was pleased to find that the staff always responded quickly and when we placed an order, it never took longer than 15-20 minutes for it to be delivered, would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best stays i had. The stay looks and feels amazing. From the entry to the rooms, everything is really beautiful and classy. I felt like we got it in a deal because for the money we paid, it was so luxurious. Best service in any hotel I've stayed so far. Rooms have all the amenities. Great restaurant. The only downsides i can say would be... There are only few channels in tv. And it's not a smart tv. Hot water is available during only some time of the day Location is great. Opposite to the infosys.

Very friendly staffs and quality service. Parking space is available. Breakfast was included in the package and it was good enough. Rooms are not much spacious but all the amenities are there. Overall good experience from the hotel.

Had really great time at Flamingo. The staffs were really welcoming and always greeted with a smile. They were more than happy to help when I accidentally misplaced my key card. The room service was also satisfactory.
