Bad experience. Room was not clean. The geyser was not working. Bathroom was unclean. Door lock was loose. On the positive note, the room service fixed problems quickly and room was quite big. Heard some other guests complaining about cockroaches as well. The only good thing is the location is metro station, bus stand is on walking distance. Not happy with the staff at reception. I had booked using MMT. Person at the reception didn't even read the dates of booking properly and asked me pay extra for early check-in (my booking included the night before). I had a booked the room with breakfast still they tried to charge me for breakfast while checking out (again didn't read the booking dates properly). Didn't even listen properly when I was showing them the booking dates. Really frustrating... Food was above average. It's definitely not a 3 star hotel but reasonable rates. I wouldn't say book it or don't book it. Others might have different and positive experience.

Rooms are just fine but I feel a bit overpriced as compared to previous rate of 1050. Owner tries hard to maintain Rooms but the staff lags in fulfilling his demands on time. Been a customer for more than five years but now stopped staying here as nearby better rooms are available in lesser rates than here. However, if someone wants good breakfast with normal room than for a solo traveller this hotel is good as it costs only under fourteen hundred for stay and breakfast.

Do not stay in this hotel ever. the food is worst as the hotel has outsourced the catering services. I had parked my car in the basement and someone dented my car and hotel was like, we are not responsible. When I checked out from the hotel, I asked for the bill and the receptionist said, you will recieve it on mail in 30 minutes but it has been 7 days now, I am still following for the bill. The localtion is also very cheap kind where all the buses will be standing just outside the your hotel making so much noise. In one word, the stay was totally unpleasant. Update: Got a call immediately after sharing the review. The person was abusing and threatening that remove the review otherwise he will file a legal case against me and thousands of other things Still there was no word on the Bill and the car issue. For the bill, according to the person, I had asked for stay without bill and taxes which is totally incorrect and even if I asked, How can he evade the taxes and allow any person to stay without proper documentation and billing.

good deal between 700 rs to 1300 rs. Great location, 5 mints. walk from bus stand and 10 minutes away ride from Railway station. Don't take buffet option. rooms are good but they lack in hygiene. bedsheets & blankets were not clean. Some of the staff doesn't want much interaction and don't answer your query if you wanna know about the area.

Very bad experience with the hotel staff and manager/owner. We waited for car parking for 30-45 min during the night at 1 AM and the manager/owner came and talked very rudely. Instead of resolving our problem he rudely said you can leave the hotel do check-out immediately. At 2 AM i had to go and park my car in paid parking. Apart from this bed sheets were very dirty no one came for luggage pickup and drop. This hotel staff treats customers like they are paying for our stay. Total waste of money. Comments from the owner on reviews clearly show how they are treating their guests.

The most terrible hotel i've ever visited in all my life. First time i saw such uneducated and unprofessional stuff in hotel. Zero of respect toward clients and foreigners. Rude talk with prejudice from the first minute. How the owner keep them working? They destroy the reputation of ur hotel! I strongly recommend to everyone NEVER even think to come to this hotel if you dont want to break ur holiday and imagination about Jaipur. Stuff of ur hotel was rude from the threshold without even giving me the opportunity to stay? what documents are u talking about? I have been traveling around India for 3 weeks and we have all the documents indian government needed, there were no questions or problems anywhere at any hotel. Until we visited your terrible hotel, we just entered the hotel we were refused in a very rude manner. Did u see our document to speak? totally unprofessional behavior. Your hotel dont deserve to stay even for 5 minutes. you have no idea what service and polite communication with customers is. so I will never delete my honest review. You didn't even try to apologize! And once again I will warn people - NEVER STAY IN THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL!

One of the best hotels in Jaipur to stay at. Staff that is highly mannered and courteous. very close to a bus stop along a road. Superior cleanliness permeates the space. The breakfast buffet was also quite tasty. Indisputable recommendation for this location.

situated in the ideal location at Sindhi Camp Metro Station. kind of center for all of Jaipur's attractions. Excellent room service and politeness. Fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Great place to stay at an affordable price.

Arco was a wonderfully comfortable place to stay. Excellent location and meal. My favorite part was the excellent service and staff. Every order you place is immediately delivered to the room, and you always receive a message letting you know how things are going. We appreciate Mr. Irshad's good communication and courtesy with us. I have visited many time in this hotel 7-8 times in each and every visit in Jaipur but I saw in every visit hotel service low . Today morning, I am going to washroom but water is not come, call the 8 number 2-3 times then service person has come and solve the problem but during the bath again water is stop. I have given the complaint. Approx 10 am I was going to my work and said to reception please clean my room after Come back in my room but room is not clean . I have called reception they said I am arranging and call 8 number after that 4-5 times call that number in every 20-25 min but no one is coming and finally I said that I am going to checkout then after 10-15 min clean my room . If Hotel owner read this message, I am asking that I am paying for service. If after request your staff, they don't give service satisfactory. Why Hotel Aarco Palace. If your said that no need in this type of customer, answer is no need this type of hotels. This is my last visit in this hotel. Thank you

It was an affordable cum luxury stay with delicious breakfast and cooperative staff members. They also offer taxi service for site seeing on daily basis. I Stayed there for three days with family. However the rooftop dining was closed at the time of our visit but rest of the facilities were amazing. My kid enjoyed at the dedicated kid zone.

I stayed here for a day. I reached Jaipur early morning and wanted an early check-in which they arranged without any hassle. It's nearby Bus stand. Price is reasonable and rooms are cozy. Also, they have a restaurant on ground floor where u can enjoy unlimited breakfast at a cost of 55 only for each. Above all, it was a good experience for me. Highly recommended.

The location is crowded due to the private bus service on the road side, which is also the entry point to the hotel. The hotel is overall nice to visit but the maintenance and food quality were not up to mark. If you have a budget under 2000 INR per day/night then you should go for this without any doubt. Just opt out of the breakfast option you may get better options outside.

Hotel is good, Food is also good. Only issue is with the service staff. Hotel staff beginning from reception to end service seems to be untrained.our rooms 329 was not cleaned even after 2-3 request. ATE if you can ignore the service staff go ahead else go for other option.

Main road location, quick service, rooms are decent. It has its own restaurant and gym as well. They have a gaming parlour too with pool games, table tennis and many more but they didn't let us play stating the reason that kids have destroyed the tennis racquet 🎾 They could have arranged it though.

Just love the stay. Receptionist Ajay was very helpful and guiding.. quick service and clean room.restaurant is nice and food is yummy.. Breakfast menu is cherry on top. Go fr it. Hotel ambience is awesome..

Best Hotel with great and very helping and cheerful staff service. The most thing i liked is the helping nature of the satff..excellent. They will not ask you for any extra money for any extra things which other hotels do . And there breakfast..of so much variety and tastyyy with minimal cost...Very much recommend....luxury stay at a pocket friendly price.

It's an amazing hotel.Room service , House keeping everything is quick and accurate.Rooms are neat and clean. Although I would suggest a Scope of improvement in food and lighting (looks too dim ). Rest everything thing is very good.

1.room r clean & beautiful with decent washroom. 2.wifi not working or not properly provided. 3.Food service was very nice with msg updates, but food need to b cooked well.4.No fidge in my room.ROOm no.402 stayed24th 25th nov23.5.Gym on fouth floor.6.no roof top restaurant as hotel is under renovation.all though hotel is good but we suffer a lot due to renovation.and late check in some grop of young boys who behave like goons, enter check in at 12am and check out at4am,and argue a lot but hotel didnt response in night or next mornig...they just saty....SORRY 7.they going to buid a swimimng pool on top,so its very disturbing for the people stayed on 4th foor. 8. Room was good at reasonable prices but my car get scratches in basment parking as well as housekeeping services of hotel was not good at all. My room was included with buffet which was not up to the mark , I mean food was not good. I it is not a fake review i along with my family stayed in third floor room no 303 and 305. I also paid the bill with the card , any one needs the proof just tell me.

Very good hotel in Sindhi camp area location wise, price affordability, spacious rooms, great and helping staff. Bathroom clean geyser is available. Nice place to stay as single, couple, or family. They have all kinds of rooms available. Although I didn't try the food from the hotel but visted the dining area seems pretty cool. Can try food also there.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 6 Am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
