Very clean, secure and well maintained home stay. Helpfull staff. All electrical equipment in good condition. Close to the main attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Kitchen nd vessel are available for the reasonable price... Mattress size should be increased...even for 2 people the comfort is compromised...

Stayed in a 2 Bedroom House. Rooms were well equipped with all basic amenities and were clean. The staff was friendly too.

I wish i could give zero stars. It is worse place. When we reached they offered us some other room whereas i paid for 2 bhk villa. We fought n then got it. Later we understood it was unclean we told the caretaker that it is not clean he disagreed. We could actually spot 4-5 cockroaches in the villa. The bedsheets had black soil spots on that. When we asked him to change he disagreed. The owner stays far he doesnt even pick up call after 7 pm. DO NOT VISIT HERE PLEASE FIND SOME OTHER PLACE THERE ARE PLENTY IN KANYAKUMARI

Stayed there for 2 nights as it had a kitchen, so a good option in case you are traveling with a baby. The rooms were spacious and neat. You will have to take an auto to reach the main market. No restaurants nearby but there are grocery stores and a good neighborhood. They do not provide any consumables like soap or handwash, so better carry. The only complaint we had was the housekeeping wasn't done, even when we requested and we did spot a few cockroaches. But overall, a good stay.

Location is very good. Very nearby to all the places to roam around. Staff is very polite. AC is in very good working condition and overall stay was good experience.

I booked an individual villa with kitchen facilities and stay with my family for two night's recently. It's location is close to the beach and main attractions. We got neat and clean, air conditioned rooms & family secure stay. It is feels like home. The owner and care taker are very helpful and friendly people. Had a great and memorable stay.Would definitely recommend.

Four of us stayed for a day in a home with two A/C bed rooms with attached bath cum toilets and a hall. The hall had a sofa and a few chairs and a live 32 inch TV. No arrangement for food. But the place is less than a kilometer from all important places and hotels. It has ample open space for car parking.

Super Nice place to stay. Feels like second home. Courteous and friendly owner adds advantage. The place looks pleasant with flowers staring right at your face 🙂

Excellent home stay with family members. Location is good to reach most of places in kanyakumari. Owner and staff's are very kind and supportive. Room rentals are reasonable compare others. Good hospitality.

It's on quite street but approach is bit confusing. Car park is in adjacent property so you will need to carry your luggage a bit. Restaurants are around 200m away on main road. Room were very clean but basic toiletries were not kept had to ask for it. Good place for overnight stay.

I visited with my family for one night's stay recently. It's location is close to the beach and other attractions. We got neat and clean, air conditioned rooms with a hall and garden outside. It is a beautiful place to stay and feels like home. The owner and care taker are very helpful and nice people.

Amazing private property to stay with family and friends. Though a little far from crowded place, yet location gives a solely feeling to amaze thyself. Family or friends staying together would give you a private villa to party and enjoy among yourselves. Try to go for this property once and you’ll know better!

Had a good time with my family last week, stayed there for 3 days. The owners were very friendly guided us with arranging local transportation and suggested good restaurants. The home stay had good parking space nearly 10 cars can be parked in that parking area. No questions wrt no of guests staying in the house, completely secured with good privacy. We had a very happy & pleasent stay here, Mr.Kumaresan took care of us like his own family people. What we liked here. Very clean well maintained rooms (Specifically restrooms) 1. Spacious 2 bedrooms (in each room 2 kings size cots are merged and in each room easily 5 people can happily stay, matress was great & blankets provided were clean) 2. AC cooling was amazing 3. 3bhk flat was good but no one to attend very bad service if you are with family pls dont go

Liked the location, being not on main road, but very near it with ample parking space. Rooms are big and neat. Very helpful owner. We were a group of 19 family members. We had a great time staying upstairs and downstairs.
