Fun place! Has many setups which demonstrate actual scientific concepts. One can spend hours reading to facts against each setup and enjoying the science behind each phenomenon.

We have visited the science centre situated near Miramar beach, Panjim Goa. The campus is BIG with amusement park with science theme and inside all the science models are working with its miniature working models. We have seen the 3D show as well as attended the science show there. Science show was fun for my kid. We all have enjoyed overall visit of this place. Recommend if you have a kid age 8-12 years, he / she will find it Interesting. Now new inaugurated planetarium is available to visit. Enjoy… Parking available for Cars & School buses too.

The science center had amazing displays inside and outside. It was a learning experience both the kids and us. Good place to spend time and learn a few points in science.

During my visit to Goa on the last day, I went to see the Goa Science Centre. Its very neat and clean with seperate department like marine, engineering. It is located at 1.5 kms from miramar beach and centre is surrounding with totally greenery. There are other activities too like light show. But due to lack of time, I could not see.

Underrated gem. Best time to visit in the morning when it's too hot to go to the beach. My 7 yr old son loved it. Tickets are cheap. Place clean and well maintained, staff helpful and co-operative. There's a 3d show, planetarium, interactive science show,hall of mirrors, ocean exhibit and general science exhibit. You can stay there as long as you'd like. There's also well maintained play area in the garden on the compound. Great place to engage kids for hours. Highly recommended.

a few good things to learn and experiment, not only for kids, but also for adults to revisit their science nostalgia. a fun place to spend an hour or two.

This review is for the science center which we visited a few days ago. Not very huge, but each display is maintained very well and adequate information is provided on how to use it. Not just children, even curious adults will have a good time marveling at the wonders of science here at the Goa science center. The room of mirrors is a wonderful attraction. They also have a 10 minute show on Dolphins (Four times a day) but we couldn't attend it due to paucity of time. There are Lawns outside in which also there are statues of dinosaurs and other science based interactive games which one can enjoy. I would highly recommend this place for children and adults alike.

A very good place to hangout if you are in Goa with young kids. The science projects were so engaging and awesome that one can't ignore those. They had a lot of normal scientific projects, some awesome Marine science projects, some very awesome imaging and mirror science projects. Must visit place if you are in Goa and fed up of beaches. It is located very near to Miramar beach. It is closed at 5 pm.So it is better to go early. There is a planetorium inside it ; there are shows running in every half an hour. However this show sound is not at all good. Most of the time sound is not understable- sound quality requires drastic improvement. There is a science centre inside, that is excellent. If you have small kids, they will enjoy it very much. The ticket counter is at the entrance itself. Take the ticket while entering itself so that you need not require to come back again to buy ticket. Inside the science centre there is mirror lab. It has different items based on reflection and refraction. Go watch it; you will definitely enjoy the mirror lab.

Gem of a discovery. Very well maintained place and must visit if with kids. There are many sections on physics, geography and mirrors one can visit and enjoy atleast 2 hours. The entry fee is nominal. We didn't visit the special shows which run 4 times a day, but the normal science center itself was very good.

This is a very nice place for kids and family. It might not be huge as mumbai, but is well maintained and good equipped science centre. They have a big park with various scientific experiment based units. Best place to visit for all ages, children, parents and grandparents. The science centre is very nice. You need to spend 1-2 hours at least. There are various shows which may consume more time. For park and science centre there is a basic fee, for other shows there is a seperate fee. There is toilet facility inside and it is clean. There is a sufficient parking space inside the planetarium. A Must visit place at the heart of the city.

I booked tickets for 3D show and planetarium. The theatre literally stinks. The exhibits in science centre are very old. They do not update. You have parking place for two wheelers inside. Not sure whether the centre will excite any kids. The 3D show was horrible. The show in planetarium was ok. The animation could have been better

Church of augustine is a ruined church complex located in old goa... It's a part of world Heritage sites.......visit with family friends kids.... Church was build up in 17th century.... Currently it's call augustine tower or you can say st. Augustine church.. .

Loved it. We enjoyed for 2.5 hours. There are amazing shows like the planateourium and 3D, and the main centre has many interesting exhibits to explore. Worth it, very interesting for children and adults.

A great place for curious kids and adults and if you have toddlers are great place for sparking their curiosity. There are lots of galleries and model experiments for everyone to try.. energy, magnetism, heat, light, pressure, ocean science… it is all there. And outside is a very well maintained garden with play area and outdoor experiments that double up as play things! Must visit if you are in Goa with kids.

This science centre and planeterium is very innovative and very modern students must visit this place as well as young and people of all age group. Very nice and clean place. ticket price is also very low overall good experence for every one.

Perfect place for school students. All the basic concepts were shown inside. Pictures with explanation and experiment probes were kept in museum with all the logic behind any experiment. Must visit with childrens and park is also good. Planatorium and 3d show tickets were sold out so if you are planning to visit the same, must book tickets in advance.

Wonderful place for kids to learn & experience science experiments. Kids can be engaged easily for 2 hours. Only drawback that they don't have canteen and nearby eating junctions are not convenient to reach along with young kids.

Acquarium and fish shop

Hotel is at awesome location right near the Miramar beach. Staff was very courteous. Food in restaurant was always tasty and nicely served. However, vegetarian food options were limited but that's understandable. Breakfast was awesome! Rooms were clean, neat and had very good views. Safe stay for families!

Very good for kids. Mirror maze is good. 3d show of dolphin was also good. It's quality can be improved. The planetarium show was only about sun. It could have been about planets or constellations or position of star etc. But overall a good place to visit. Clean washrooms. But can be better

Great collection science exhibits to Inspire curiosity. I would highly recommend visiting this place if one is visiting Goa with children. The 3D theater needs an upgrade, the show itself was good but all equipment and maintenance seemed dated. The rest of the facility is maintained to the highest standard at least three hours can be spent here with both the planetarium and 3d show.

Entry ticket price - 70 pp including 3D and planetary show. Enjoyed the shows. It has different sections like Physics experiments, mirror illusions, different statues to take photos with, ocean science and many more. Very well maintained and well organised.

Not as expected. Though it's okay for kids above 10years age group. You have to pay entry fees of 60 bucks per head and kids above 3 years are charged full. The shows for which they charge this money is not of any worth. For the shows I will give a single 🌟. For the rest of the exhibited items 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

It is wonderful place for children and those who have interest in geology. But if you want to explore goa as an adult it may not be place for you. Don't go for 3D show, it has become outdated and ancient.

This place needs an upgrade especially both the auditorium. Quality of projectors are poor. And poor quality of 3d movie setup. It would be a great thing if there is someone to make some to give a complete tour with reasonings.

Was fun if you enjoy learning about basic science of earth and planet movements and formation and status in future, some fun area with types of mirror and angle of reflection and incidence, mirror types and how they reflect light, basic overview on pulses and how they benefit us. Recommended for kids and also for fun if one is bored with beach and food in Goa.

This place is great for kids. Kids can learn a lot at this center by interactive exercises. They can enjoy a lot. The Mirror Museum is a must see at this place and the Mirror Maze is awesome. The 3D show is marvellous and the planetarium is awestruck.

Nothing around the ruins of the Church but the remains are majestic and mysterious at the same time. Vast grounds all around, bit of walking involved. Great place for photographers, beautiful and serene, without crowds. Recommend early morning and late evening for great shots Parking wise, recommend to use the parking near Se Cathedral.

This is Awesome place for photo sessions also an historic site. Church of Augustine is a ruined church complex located in old goa. This location is in south of Goa and very close to all the popular churches in Goa. So in one shot, you can cover 5 to 6 landmark churches as well as St. Augustine Tower and plan your trip accordingly.

Nothing much around to see. You can stroll around and have a walk around the remains of the church and the palace. If you look carefully it has beautiful carvings on it's wall and this place would be majestic in it's time. You can also get a look into the history of this place so make sure to check the bulletins placed near the tower.

The shows are old, the knowledge imparted is old. It’s good for kids to give them some exposure, but if tourists are looking to get some experience then this is not the place for you. There’s a museum inside that’s a bit interesting though

This is one of the undiscover place in Goa. Usually people come for sea beach and party so mostly this place is ignored by most if them. But I think if you have some time you can explore this place as well. Especially for family with kid this is the best place to explore. Planetarium - Not that great usually 20-25 min show and I think max capacity around 50. Science experiments - you will got lots if science experiment here . My be I can compare this with Science city in Kolkata. If you have 2-3 hours then you can explore this place. Advice - Most if the hotel check out time around 12 and if you are traveling by bus then mosty it is evening. As this place is around 5 km from Panjim bus stop you can utilize this time here . Note - Casinos are close by so you can choose which one you like.

3 D show and Planetarium show are just below avarage. Video quality is absurd. In these times when even cheaper smart phones boast excellent megapixel videos quality, these shows are decade too old. Disappointed. I make it a point to visit Science and Planetarium of the cities I visit. Sadly this one is wastage of time and money. It could have been so much better. Pros : Oceanic section and mirrors section are only saving grace of this so called science place Cons : 1. Dirty , smelly seats, I don't know when last it was cleaned. Sweat smell is ingrained in it's fibre. Nauseous experience. ( In Planetarium show) 2. Poor poor video quality of so called 3 D Dolphin show , where no fish were distinguishable. It was completely night time with obscure screen .. 3. Only security guards were present though it was weekday. No one I mean no one to give information or make kids understand what was what. Never experienced this ever before.
