Food: pasha was amazing however we arrived for 10:30 reservation and were told to wait outside, when it was too cold, we then told them we would move inside to the bar waited another 10 minutes and then were offered a bar table. After waiting for 20 minutes I went back to the hostess stand and asked why our table was still not ready and then were immediately seated. Executive lounge: we upgraded our rooms so we would have the executive lounge access which we were told included happy hour every day with free cocktails and mocktails between 5:30 and 8:30. We found out later that the drinks were not free of course only at the end of the evening when we were ready to go for dinner. Rooms: Extremely comfortable bed in the executive rooms are worth the extra surcharge. You can have City view facing or hill view facing when you book. Not many electrical outlets for charging and the HDMI cable to the TV did not work. Bathroom: Unfortunately no hand bidet. Staff: Five stars always very professional good hygiene and helpful. Pool: Very hot water. 25 m long pool ideal for lap swimming and exercise.

Through this program, I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade to a suite, and it has been nothing short of fabulous! I encourage them to maintain this level of excellence.

Visited to Spice kitchen buffet dinner. Great ambience huge variety of veg and non veg with Indian and continental food. Crew is polite and prompt in service and provided good information on various dishes. Good variety on sweets that includes fruit cakes and many more 😋 Overall great experience.

I visited JW Marriott for business trip. Its very nice and luxurious hotel. It has spacious room, lush green garden, swimming pool, spa and gym. Food is also very good and has different menu like Lebanese, Italian and Maharashtra cuisine. Service is too good. The staff is also very professional and gave good services. I like it most.

Amazing place to stay. Right in the middle of a high congestion traffic zone...this place is peaceful and serene once you get in...the suites are spacious with a kitchen, a spacious wardrobe, a wash area with washing machine. What i loved the best is also the lean balcony outside the room that runs along the room boundary - just right for an evening sit out. The food spread out for breakfast was simple and nice as well , in line with Marriott properties across.

They made conversations with our children and remembered their favorite menu items and brought them as soon as they saw us. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL! If my family and I ever return to India, this is where we are staying again!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious with beautiful bathrooms and the service is awesome. The housekeeping is brilliant, they even surprised me with fresh flowers and left a very nice note. We also enjoyed dining in the Tao Fu restaurant, which is located in the hotel. Our waitress Swekcha was very kind, welcoming and friendly, so we had a perfect evening with amazing food.

We stayed at the hotel for one night as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Their hospitality is impeccable. They had made special arrangements in our room with our photos, a cake, few balloons and roses. It was all superbly organised. Kudos to the super helpful team. Thank you for a great experience.

I had been here for an event. Great place, amazing food but the F&B service staff at the event looked confused to me. They were slow with their service and overall lacked professional discipline. I have been to other Marriott properties and the staff have always been confident, disciplined and friendly.

If you can afford and want to spend some good time it's great place to be. Close to International and Domestic Airport. Only I regret is even after keeping the list of expected guests at the reception, last guest couldn't make it as they arrived late at 1am. Otherwise it was great experience overall.

Great place to have luxurious experience. Could have given 5 but entry and exit is so painful most of the time and if they are running any event in banquets then forget about getting valet parking. Rooms, food, roof top restaurant and even executive lounge is great. Morning breakfast spread is too good.

I visited the hotel for a business meeting recently. The place being huge, getting lost on your way is a common occurence. The staff was polite and friendly and escorted me to the correct place. While reaching my destination, I found the chance to glance at the overall infrastructure of the hotel (turns out I was quite far away from the conference hall I was supposed to be at). The establishment is well kept, with service and maintenance staff at every juncture. Every corridor, every corner is well lit and there is clever use of natural lighting wherever possible. The provisions are satisfactory and the breakfast buffet food quality is decent.

Centrally located yet away from hustle bustle. Much better than many JW Properties in India. You’ll never see a dull moment at this property. Very nice property with good food and you can feel like family there..! A special thanks to the manager who made sure all our small concerns were rectified. I Visited the hotel about a week ago . I held my backpack for 2 days in the hotel. The Hotel was quite fancy but the exterior but I was disappointed as I went to check in the room. It was a simple room for 2 people, whereas I expected the room to be more attractive but it didn't stand to my standard. Overall the Hotel was Fine 👍. Can so much better.

Visited their buffet at Spice Kitchen after quite some time. 1. Good buffet, good taste and many choices 2. Indian sweets could have better variety like rabdi, baaundi etc 3. Though buffet, much service is not reqd, but water glasses refilling should have happened by default but we had to call for it a few times. 4. Definitely, all in all, worth going again

Last week Visited Vault Club, the Treated with staff was amazing and the way Bouncers and team Represent their self was respectful and responsible. The Old Bouncers was not was proper and behaviour was rude and unpeaceful but now the new Security and Bouncers team are very Capable and loveable.

Average menu... Pleasant ambiance... You need to reach at 6:30 to book your favourite seat.

This hotel does not know how to look after loyal Bonvoy Customers with Platinum membership. I was told by front desk while checking in that the room is upgraded to an Executive Room which was a pure lie. Also none of the amenities were explained correctly even after asking nor did front desk even mention the “welcome gift choice”. I will avoid this hotel in the future!

I had a wonderful experience at the Marriott. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the hospitality staff were delightful and eager to help! I loved the desserts from spice kitchen..must tryy :) spice kitchen-staff was very professional and polite!!! J.W.M Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful they helped me with the cake and everything..solved my queries. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. The only thing I didn’t liked was when the door man of the hotel asked us to delete the video ,he was a bit rude and arrogant..apart from it it was an amazing experience Thank you :)))

I had been to this hotel umpteen times but this was my first stay over there. The Hotel has impressive restaurants but the room seemed to be little small. Flush were defective and had to be pressed twice to prevent water loss. I couldn't connect to Internet in JW Marriott Properties. The breakfast was abundant with many options. Check out process was also smooth. Highly recommended for food options

The place ambience and services is exceptionally great , they have a great bar menu but the food is average. Veg menu is very limited , doesn't give you much options.

Visited pasha @ JW Marriott. Food and ambiance was so awesome. Post pandemic they are picking up well. Loved the hospitality and the roof top experience is very pleasant. They can probably do better on their parking valet as it is very slow and messed up.

Great experience Visited JW for the first time. Spice kitchen was a bit crowded so decided to have lunch at paasha. But there also wasn't happy with the table which was allotted. Ambience wise was not happy with the table allotted as finding the captain to order the next course was a task. Food was good The quality of paneer was worth it. Also must say their tables are very small and uncomfortable for tall people. Beverage were not that worth as i ordered a sweet but it was not as expected. Overall should visit for their tasty food

Beautiful hotel in the center of the city! Their lobby is ICONIC and so pretty. Hotel is well built and interior and faicilities are really good. There are restaurants like Paasha, Spice Kitchen, Shakahari, Alto Vino, etc. Service and staff is very good. It was a great experience to be here for me. It was my friend's birthday party. It's absolutely amazing place. No need to talk about hygiene and sanitation. Its just perfect. Food and drinks were amazing too.

It is an excellent place for breakfast I visited. It has mouth watering delicacies lots of them at a go. Right from idli vada dosa, cereals, fruits, baked beans, backed and fried vegetables, bakery products to deli products and products from poultry and piggery too. A variety of drinks including different types of tea and coffee and fruit juices. I may have number of dishes unnoticed. A tremendous varieties of spices and condiments. I would have been more delighted if they would have something crispy and salty to accompany hot drink. It was an unforgettable experience.

A Good place. Visited for wedding. Need to spruce up the Food Quality and Service. Doesn't look like JW Food. Not a single guest wore mask nor the hotel staff asked anyone but yes they surely told us to wear mask before we stepped out. Entry Gate security check should be taken a little inside, the other cars in the back Block the Main Road, leading to nuisance honking.

I have had staycations at the Marriott and everything is perfect. The major flaw lies in the treatment to Indian locals when they are accompanied by foreign guests. I was to and fro to the hotel past week to meet my friend who had flown in from the uk.on the last day i was there to see him off, and as both of us carried his luggage out, the bell boy, and2 guards outside almost surrounded him literally pushing me behind, till the car. We were both emotional and wanted to say our goodbyes, but these people wouldn’t move from there till he left. They don’t seem to acknowledge anything. That ruined it for me completely.

Been there multiple times for office all hands meeting and dinner. Excellent arrangements for around 3000 people including formal presentations followed by band and dinner. Nice tasty food. Also went to Pasha restaurant for lunch earlier and that's great too.

Visited Pasha it was beautifully decor. The fusion of cuisines is awesome and worth the price. The customized options suits each guest. Although the space is big it was a bit crowded due to weekend. The view from the city's best rooftop bar is awesome. They have a good combination of cocktails.

Staff courtesy par excellence. Great Italian restaurant. Buffet counters have a great spread. Offered a well decorated pastry to wish me happy journey on my departure after breakfast,which was unique and a pleasant surprise.

We went for Dinner at Pasha restaurant. Interiors are awesome like a palace. Staff is mostly young and energetic. Buffet option is there for around 3k per person. Food is reasonably priced. Taste is good. Serving takes some time. Around 3.5k per person with alcohol. Menu is through barcode scanner on your mobile.

I was fascinated to experience such services. The rooms are extremely aesthetic and has an appropriate mix of amenities available. The staff is also helpful and polite. Buffet served in Spice Kitchen in the lobby is deluged with varieties of food. Pool is well heated and the restroom has a sauna, steam and jacuzzi too. It was worth visiting the hotel and I wish to visit more.
