The Sri Sathya Sai Space Theatre provides free planetarium shows to all visitors. Currently we have daily shows open 09.30 am and shows 10.30 AM

Sri Sathya Sai Space Theatre is a planetarium, which aims to provide information about Astronomy, Physics, and Mathematics. Spitz Space System–512 is used by the planetarium to simulate the night sky. The planetarium organises shows every Thursday in two languages; English and Hindi. Inaugurated by Sathya Sai Baba on 22nd November, 1985 the planetarium has facilities that permit its use as a classroom. Its control system was upgraded to a completely computerised system with an automation system developed in-house. A full-dome projection system has been incorporated using the mirror-dome technique in the planetarium in 2011.

I am not exaggerating but if you are at Puttaparthi, you gotta check this place for sure. I am pretty sure it will not disappoint you. I could have given 6 star rating for this one :)

The entry time starts at 10.00am and ends at 10.30am . The show starts at 10.30am and the duration of the show is about 30 minutes . It is available in Telugu, Hindi, English languages. There is no entry fee. It is open on Sundays and festival days also except 23 November and 24 April. The show is very educative and exiting, especially for children.

Nice place to visit in Puttaparti..It tells all about the solar system and universe..It is explained in three languages i.e; Hindi,Telugu, English..Great gesture by Sri Sathya sai trust by playing the show in ..But make assure to go there only from 9 to 10 30.. Over all it is best and it's technology is mavbulous. That video took more time but I enjoyed a lot 😁. Seating in a uncomfortable chair seeing around.
