PATHETIC HOTEL. Food is stale and tasteless never eat such a pathetic food ever in my life and room service is also very very slow .. WASTE OF MONEY I think price of room is not mor than 500 and rotis served by them is also stale. Very very worst experience in JMC .

Location of the hotel is very good but it is not maintained well. Though, you are coming to relax but you might get sleepless night because of the bedbugs. Looking at the price it was not worth. However, hotel staffs are courteous. Morning breakfast was good.

Worst experience, food is not good, quality is not good, you can play games with idly they are like stones, they will say they have tv and hot water but you won't get hot water and tv won't work, they will ask for review infront of them, all are forced reviews

The service of the hotel is excellent.The staff members are very polite and staff name is called Mahadev is very humble n serve the break fast with a very gentle manners.

Good behavior, clean, service level needs to improve [ one extra bed provision took 4 hours] . OK as 2bed. Good for tour operators , grocery and veg nonveg market is nearby. Overall Good!

The room looks like big luxury but there are small rooms ,tiny bed ..they have smelly pungent washroom not clean, water issues also ....not at all good washrooms , no water bottles were given per room ... Food was the WORST...BAD QUALITY.... IN BREAKFAST mosquito was found in my idly🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮..the hotel staff were not even responding of this situation and they were still asking for 5 star rating....

Reception was very helpful to check-in last minute. Morning buffet was excellent with Indori cuisine Poha and Upma. Idli sambhar was also good. Miss Aaru in restaurent was very cordial and suggested us few places to visit in Indore. 5/5 for her hospitality treatment. Rooms 4/5 have opportunity for improvement

We arranged a bday party here and called the management at 4:30 that if they could provide us their hall in the evening at around 8 pm. And they agreed, we didn't even check the place before or tasted the food. 😋 But everything went well. You can trust them. And they didn't disappoint us with the food. Everything was freshly prepared and tasty. Bhavesh, Arvind, Mahadev and the whole staff helped us with the serving. The only thing I felt can be improved is the water coming through the AC & availability of more utensils,light & staff. Else everything was great. Thank you JMC Grande for the beautiful evening we had. 😊😊😊

Worst Hospitality, I will never recommend anyone to stay here, especially if you are a couple. They will give you threats of cops to paid extra money once you checked in . I already have faced these issues with their managers also.
