One of the best place to be in when you around Ahmedabad shantigram area. The staff is exceptionally courteous especially the front end and room service. Food is also too good. Special mention Mr. Devesh at Restaurant service and Ms. Laltita house keeping, they have gone extra mile to ensure best of the services.

I have booked resort for weekends.. I will not recommend this if you are not a regular members of the club... There is a complete partiality amongst those who are club members and who are room guests.. Whatever the area swimming pool, gym, gaming,club you will go, in charge person will ask you first "Are you a club member or room guest.? " So that they can treat you harsh if you are room guests.. 1. Those who have costume can only go in pool... Those who have not have to compulsory buy from them... At the time of booking I was not informed that costume is compulsory and not everyone can afford their overpriced costume.. 2. For Gym facility sports shoes were compulsory, again At the time of booking I was not informed.. In booking confirmation, It was only written that proper attire should be maintained .. 3. For any single gaming facility also you have to compulsory buy a privileged card which costs 500 per person for room guests... Otherwise they won't even allow you to enter... 4. I have ordered cake which was worst black forest cake I ever had... If you are visiting on Saturday and sunday I recommend to go outside club for water show.. ..

Horrible experience we have ever had in my life after one night stay at Belvedere Golf Club. Terrible staff… not at all costumer friendly. All are there for charging money in best possible manner. Rude staff.. Unhygienic place… 1 star is the only option other wise I will provide a big ZERO star. Stay in some DHARMASHALA instead of staying over here… Reception staff, waiters, security staff, Gym-Swimming pool staff…each and every one is pathetic and awful. If you want to take revenge with someone than I would suggest to provide him a treat in this Belvedere Golf Club.

Worst experience ever Whatever their standards I don't know, but once you take some good amount for something atleast management should assure, that they are serving good product. # Worst food service ever.( It like in the event we are joi allowed to take outside food so i need to take the food from their stalls) Really pathetic. # Dish 1 ( Garlic hakka noodles with Manchurian price 170INR)# No salt found, The noodle was really test less, Manchurian was deep fried in oil to much oill) Dish 2 Momos Price 120 ( 06qty) It was not properly steamed. Stayed at the property for the weekend. Located just minutes from Ahmedabad the club is a popular destination for Ahmedabadis to spend some great time. We had booked 3 rooms and had checked in for the weekend just to spend some leisure time. The rooms are really well furbished and also pretty modern. The view as well as comfort is pretty good. The food as well as service was pretty good as you would expect. We had ordered for room service thanks to huge rush and waiting in the restaurant. The food was good and also delivered timely. The unfortunate part was the non availability of any of the club amenities for the resident guests. Staying in the hotel, you are left with no option but to spend time indoors. The pool was operational but pretty crowded because of club members. The play area and other facilities too were crowded and not available to resident guests. The breakfast spread was pretty decent, and surely not elaborate. The taste was pretty good though. The breakfast area was pretty small and led to chaos and rush during the peak time. The sad and unfortunate part at the property are it's Check in and Check out timings. We were given Check in at 2 pm thanks to weekend and the check out was forced at 10 Am, that too when the breakfast timings are till 10.30. The rush at breakfast also meant that you cannot finish it before 11. Such policies and timings are in no ways favourable for tourists. We felt as if the entire morning was a waste as we could not enjoy the property even after paying so much for the room price. Check on at 2 and check out at 10 means you are practically forcing people to buy 2 nights.

Went to the Belvedere Club as a guest with a dear friend who's a member. Amazingly designed property! It's very lavish and very upclass. The swimming pool and the view of the golf course from the swimming pool is simply breathtaking. Restaurants offer a wide variety of menus. All the game zones for adults and children are spacious and well thought of. It's worth spending an entire day here!

We had a wonderful stay. The golf course was in great condition. Our room was professionally serviced by Lalita, she provided a great service. Lovely breakfast service from Jennifer and team. Wonderful check in staff Upendra, Vinay and team. Thank you also to the sports staff. Great hotel to stay thank you to all the staff.

The hospitality looks like more of rule books , everyday they come up with new rules , which are never written . Had such a bad experience with MR DEVESH , he is the manager with spice Resturant . He is so rude and dosent know how to talk to the guests . We are members since 3 years and have seen multiple incidents like this in the hotel managed by them and now in the club. It feels like it’s a mistake to take membership in a club like this . We have been to many clubs in ahmedbad, this seems to be a rule book and very very I’ll managed staff . I would recommend not to take a membership here ever .

The club has some very inappropriate rules for a place that is suppose to be in the hospitality business. It makes it a point to make the guests and hosts feel awkward the minute they enter by asking for the entry charges right upfront, which can’t be added to the host’s bill like other clubs so. It’s a very shameful experience

It is a clean, charming and tranquil place to relax and enjoy with friends and family. You can spend the whole day here without even getting bored or tired. They have an amazing coffee shop here with good sitting arrangements. It is better to visit on weekdays as it would be less crowded. It's a pretty huge place to get crowded though. But you have to wait long for bowling if you visit on weekends.

I love this place. I go to this place for leisure with friends and family. Although I am not a member of the club, i have seen amenities and i can vouch for the same and can say that it's a great place with great amenities.

I took 1 night stay package with my wife & 2.5 Year old Kid on Holi. The resort is very nice. Ambience was very good & luxurious. We had a All Meal package and lot of variety in boufet and food quality was also excellent. Infinity Swimming Pool and the view of Golf Course from Pool was awesome. All the staff at reception, room service & restaurant were very very cooperative, professional & very Gantle. We were fully satisfied & 5* for value for money. Only 2 Issues. At swimming pool if you don't have costume you must have to buy it. They are not giving on rent. And the cost is crazy high. Bottoms of my 2.5 Year Kid cost me 700/- and trust me the material and quality is not that much good. And costume for Adult is 1500/-. Also even though you paid for the room stay, there is no activity to do free of cost except swimming pool. All Indoor/Outdoor Games & even Kids Play area are covered in club activity & you need to pay 750/Person for it. And though after paying 750/Person only few activities are free. For Air hockey, Pool, bowling etc. you have to pay 200 per game. Which I feel not OK.

Very authentic n good food...yes but service staff need more training as I saw salt n pepper in same cruet set...five while which indicates....less trained staff

They definitely have acquired a big land and created a Nice club, but the aminities used are substandard, in the hall and in hallway all you smell is pesticides spray. Reliance and Adani Group are taking over, so much in India, which is good, but it’s very necessary to Maintain and to learn the Standard of Taj groups. 🙏🙏

It’s a pretty nice club. Newly built so everything is updated. Pool area is nice and especially pretty at night. Restaurants are ok. Food and options are standard and average, nothing special. Gym is standard with the typical workout equipment. Nothing out of the ordinary. A good night show on the weekends with the fountains. Overall decent. Wouldn’t get a membership here for the price.

Bad & Uncourteous attitude of Reception Executive Mr Pankaj Singh. We were carrying introduction card from our Affiliated Club but at first he refused, argued & said he's working here since inception of the club, such experience was never expected we tried to contact the General Manager Mr Upadhaya , unfortunately he was not responsive. We never expected such bad Experience from the staff of Ahemdabad's Elite Golf Club. Senior management must look into.

It is a very clean and well maintained place. People's support is excellent. Only genuine people were found visiting. Not crowded. It gives an experience of some foreign club.

Sad state of affairs. If you want your personal tennis coach here, it's not allowed. So if you want coaching you have to lump it with their coaches. Defies logic, particularly as courts are empty most of the days. So it's nothing about service, it's just about money. On one hand they say own coaches are not allowed, but the next moment they say you can take membership for the coach too.....greedy logic.

Visited alongwith a member who is close friend. We enjoyed swimming during evening hours. Weather, surrounding was absolutely fine. Changeroom, showers and other facilities are extremely praiseworthy. Food yet to enjoy in second visit. Parking and security is very good. Must visit for weekends or festivals or regular days to relax and enjoy games, pool, food, movies etc. NOTE: I forgot my swimming costume there. No hope to get it as I stay very far from this place.

One of the best room services. All amenities are paid to use and not mentioned in the website or anywhere. People will stay by thinking amenities are included. Office staff are worst and never respond on time. We were due some refunds and we had to wait for a month extra than provide date. At last, we had to contact Adani support corporate office to help us and fix this. This is the worst thing I have ever experience in any resorts. Swimming pool rules are weird and does not allow even 1 year old in the pool without swimming costumes, even after parents are ready to handle kid. Overall, I would not recommend anyone for stay. This place is purely for club members and do not for any guest to enjoy the amenities.

I stayed here from 31/07/2022 to 03/08/2022. The property is sensational and very well maintained. The staff is very cooperative and courteous. I specially want to thank Sri Sayan Chatterjee and Sri Amit Gayen for making sure my stay was comfortable.

This review is specifically for non members visiting club for leisure. Club is good and stay was pleasant. However need to change certain policy to make it first choice. For me if i have a choice for resort like Madhuban Anand then i will first prefer that then coming to Belvedere. Positives - 1) Hygiene and Cleanliness 2) Rooms size 3) Food. Negatives - 1) Not value for Money - Exorbitant room tarrif with only inclusion to pool amenities access 2) No access to basic games without buying privilege card which is chargeable and inspite paying for that privilege card you did not get access to all games. There are seperate charges for games 3) Check in time is 2 pm need to be bit earlier. Overall rating is average hence you dont get other good options then you can visit belvedere and enjoy your stay.

Nice place. Very green and plush. Had a nice stay. If they want to cater to a varied cross section of people, they should start thinking of having some meat dishes in the menu.

The rooms are excellent and comfortable. All services are good especially house keeping is excellent. Ms Lalita from housekeeping was very helpful in making available the items I needed .

The place is very beautiful and scenic. Day and night, both time the property has its own beauty. The water bodies and the greenery give comfort to eyes and soul. Rooms are very spacious and gives luxurious feel with its decor as a whole. Takes 30 minutes to reach from Ahmedabad airport. Lots of facilities to enjoy and laze around throughout the day ...spa, sauna, steam, huge swimming pool, air hockey, option for movie screening too!! Only thing I won't give full 5 marks to was the food. It definitely has scope of improvement.

We went o spice kitchen which serves amazing Thai & Chinese food and Belvedere cafe which is Indian with just above average taste The rooms are large, spacious and very well maintained with complimentary breakfast part of room package is provided by Belvedere cafe below our expectations
