This beach is one of the most popular beaches and there are many shacks lining the beach. The waves here are quite strong as well. If you're looking for a peaceful calm beach this is not recommended as it is more happening here

Nice beach for time spent. Less crowd as compared to other beaches in North Goa. Don't have well managed market to buy clothes.

One of the more popular but crowded beach. The beach is beautiful and great to view sunsets. The beach is a bit peaceful if you move a bit away towards the sides.

PLEASING. This beach is nothing like any other beaches you had visited in Goa. Anjuna beach holds a different vibe that will drive you to spend as much maximum possible time here. Predominantly you will find this place less crowded. That will give you an ample amount of time to gaze into the beauty of the horizon. You will find many parking spots nearby here with drastically divergent charges. Rates for single-vehicle parking ranges from ₹20 to a whopping ₹100. Some great cafes are located right beside the beach. If you are into Beach Shacks then look no further as this beach houses some of the best of them right here.

I must say this one is unique in its own way. It has all the restaurants and bars built in such a way or standing in such a way that you can sit seeing sun to dip in the evening sky with a beer in your hand still and calm till you take the last bit of it. If not you can choose to just grace the ocean from a Deck.

Good place overall! Too much haggling for water sport but otherwise the beach is clean. Lovely sunset point. Nightlife is great!

It's so beautiful. Visit different beaches in Goa, but the waves I saw on this beach was so strong and amazing to the eyes. Located near Panjim at a distance of 21 km, Anjuna Beach is among the most popular beaches in North Goa, stretching almost 2km. A hippie paradise of sorts it is characterized by its rocky outcrops. Come and rock the night way at Curlies, or dance to some techno at Cafe Lilliput. During the day you can sample some delicious culinary goodness at Burger Factory, Baba Au Rhum, or Basilico. Known as the jewel of Ozran, Anjuna became a favourite haunt for the hippies in the swingin' 60s and still retains the same vibe to this day. You are sure to meet an eclectic bunch of tourists from all over the world when you are here! Anjuna's charm makes it a favourite among both long-stayers and first-timers. From family outings to adrenaline-filled adventures, Anjuna Beach is famed for its golden coastline, nightclubs, beach shacks, watersports, full-moon parties and flea markets. Just so perfect. It has all the restaurant and bars that people go to Goa for. 😂

Anjuna Beach 🏖 has great views and it has some extra ordinary pubs, clubs and shacks across the Goa. If you want to enjoy night 🌃 life right beside the beach 🏖 then this is the place for you. Must visit beach 🏖

Anjuna beach is rocky mostly and is quite vibrant as a number of high end shacks like Curlies are set up here. There's usually a lot of crowd and there are also water games available here. The sunsets here are beautiful. Early in the morning one can find fishing enthusiasts with their fishing rods right on the beach. It's a must visit if you are in Goa.

This beach is one of the most popular beaches .. One of The best place to relax and get away from hustle and bustle…. The main stretch of the beach can get a little crowded on weekends or holidays so it helps if you explore the less busy parts of the beach 🤩. Beach shacks, water sports, food, and a lot more. Some popular beach shacks are located here. I did some water activities and enjoyed a pleasant sunset at this location sipping in some drinks and having amazing food.. In the night, you may find various lights and props for clicking good pictures here. There is also the shopping lane just outside the beach for local market shopping. The way to beach is narrow & busy with flea market. Good options for clubbing. The white shell resort is a delight for the eyes.🤩

While I am writing this , I am missing my Goa trip badly. This beach is famous for water sports like para sailing , banana ride , jet skiing etc. This beach is not safe for swimming as depth could be more so avoid that. Shacks are available here and it's in north Goa . If you are staying here you can explore nearby places like vagator , hilltop , baga beach .I will review each of the mentioned places separately. How to reach - if you are coming by train or plane then you will get pre- paid taxi just from outside the station/airport (don't rely on online taxi service). *650 rs from Thivim railway station (nearest railway station) to here*

Over there is no tension of parking your car anywhere there are so many pay and park service which cost ₹100/- per car to park and have to go walking distance to the beach. The beach is very beautiful during sunset

The beach area is small. It has many good shacks where you can buy food and drinks. The shacks provide nice beach view specially in the evening time before sunset. A weekly beach part is also organised in Anjuna Beach in the night which is great to spent time and have fun. Pricing in shacks vary and will often feel costly if you are in a budget. The most important thing about this place is the water sports offered. The sea waves here are strong and hence not many people like to go in waters. But water sports here are very active. The pricing is also nominal. I have tried speed boat ride. I must say it was totally worth it.

Fantastic place to watch the sunset. A few shops nearby. Being a comparatively well-known beach, there is always a crowd here during sunset. But as it is a long stretch of that, it is not as disturbing. A little rocky outcrop right at the center is the perfect place to sit down and watch the sun disappear.

A Really good beach. Less crowded and clean. Away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beaches. You can find lots of famous eating options around this beach.

We spent a lovely evening here. Water sports are best here compared to other north GOA beaches and best beach for sunset view. Less crowded compared to baga and calangute. It has pay and park facility. Chapora fort and anjuna beach can be planned in a same day.

Best place to watch Sunset with your loved ones. I loved being here. We enjoyed our time and got some beautiful pictures. Suggestion- Please park your vehicle where you can see some cafes. People will ask you to park near their store but that will not be near the beach. We got fooled by locals.

Nice place in India if anybody want to visit the Beach ⛱️ then I suggest to visit Goa Anjuna Beach Neat and Clean . Beach water is so Clean and Blue in Colour. If you have decided Not to swim in Beach if you will see the water then obviously you cannot stop you to have swimming. And from Oct to April the season is started in Goa for the tourists. Anjuna Beach is a beach in Goa, which is located 18 kilometers from Panaji and 8 kilometers to the west of Mapusa, North Goa. It is situated in Anjuna village of Bardez taluka in North Goa. The beach is part of a 30 kilometer stretch of extended beach coastline along the west coast of Goa by the Arabian Sea.

the captivating charm of Anjuna Beach in Goa. From its iconic shacks and vibrant full moon parties to the bustling flea market and bohemian hippie vibe, this coastal paradise offers a lively nightlife scene. Don't miss exploring Chapora Fort for panoramic views or indulging in thrilling water rides by the shore. Embrace the essence of this enchanting destination that seamlessly fuses culture, adventure, and relaxation.

Good for viewing sunsets. You will get some good musics and nice food options in shacks. There were multiple local shops where you could buy souvenier and home decor.

  • 5/5 Nikhil R. 1 year ago on Google
This beach is quite different from others as it has a thin beach. Shacks are close to the sea with the tides reaching the shacks in the evenings. The way to beach is narrow & busy with flea market. Good options for clubbing. The white shell resort is a delight for the eyes.

Water activity @ Anjuna beach. As compared to other beach waiting time is very less, and in 1300 did pera gliding, banana boat group riding, couple riding, jet sky and paying additional 200 during para gliding they will give you thrill of sea dive as well. Seriously amazing experience. Do visit Anjuna beach as compared to other famous beaches to save time, money and energy.

  • 4/5 Riya B. 2 years ago on Google
Loved the vibe. The soil, unlike the white sand found in Betalbatim, is black here. The waves were clean. Beautiful site to behold during the sunsets. The beach is lined up by shacks (which were not in use when we were there) and hostels. Loved the vibe

  • 5/5 Priyank S. 2 years ago on Google
Fantastic beach surrounded with beautiful trees and positive wives. Highly recommended for those who love to chill after sunset. A peaceful place with decent restaurants and bars. I will not recommend this place for water sports and activities as it's bit costly here compared to other places in goa.

Very rocky terrain so not that good for swimming. No life guards around. However, it’s great photo spot and restaurants on bay are plus. I haven’t tried food there but I am hoping it will be decent.

Very aggressive sea Beach is almost occupied by sea ..!! Many shops and cafes are near my Cafe Lilliput was one of the best cafe in Anjuna beach They charge 100rs for parking in road and I don’t know why ..!! Not so clean but this is fun to play in beach 🏖

amazing beach i loved it over all the others as the crowd is very less due to the location distance from main town. It makes the beach to be much private property. sunset is very cool over the beach. Best time to chill out. As the beach is steep tides are more so be careful when you visit

  • 4/5 Tamanna S. 1 year ago on Google
Beach is beautiful but crowded than expected. Cleanness is up to the vistors. They should be more careful while littering. Shack atmosphere is always good.

  • 5/5 Shravan Kumar R. 1 year ago on Google
Well maintained beach and has lot of hotels nearby. I recommend visiting this place in the evening for beautiful sunset. You can pleasant evenings with multiple food options.

  • 4/5 Rock B. 9 months ago on Google
Nothing special here here....but if you want to enjoy some lovely time you can head here....as there's no shacks around Don't step deep into the sea as the beach coast is very low and decline also there is not a single coast guard to save us so be safe....else you can enjoy into the Cafe but they can be heavy on your pocket....if you are a photography lover you can head here as there will be no crowd.... Also I would recommend to not go here at night coz it's risky and dark for anyone to be !!
