Only 2 of the sales person were professional. Rest of all are just useless. They should come out of the lathergic state and focus on customer service. Collection wise it is at par with any other Raymond shop. You have to ignore the other shoppers at times. Overall a good place to shop genuine Raymond clothing.

I bought a cream color chinos and gave them for fitting .. i was out of town my uncle went there and took that chinos.. after receiving my chinos i saw several yellow marks that were not there when i was buying... Service is poor.. well this is my last time from naihati raymonds.. Will definitely go for different showroom ..
