One of the important and prime location for commercial kochi. Infopark, Kinfra etc. Comes under special economic zone as per my knowledge. Good greenery area by the help of miawaki forest method. Exclusive STP system also available for waste management. But still need lot of improvements in housekeeping in the public areas and inside road conditions is very very poor with full of potholes. It's a special zone as well as identical place for business and IT industrial corridor, authorities should concentrate on basic infrastructure development facilities too. Need attention and don't loose the development opportunities due to this issues

Well maintained industrial area. Deserves special mention for some green initiatives done within the campus like Miawaki forest and Sewage treatment plant.

Info park.. Huge place! Nice roads something better you see in Kochi, Kerala. Offices scattered here and there. Not properly organised, if compare to Gurgaon and all

It is located near infopark at Kakakanad, Ernakulam. Reaching there is very easy. Outside the roads are good.but inside the roads need urgent tearing and modification
