Cookscape did interiors for our 3 bhk 8 years back in 2014.. The quality was so good and they look very well even after using these many years.. Their quality of product made us to approach them again for living room interiors. Work was completed and the finish again says their name Cookscape . We got cookspace service for a wardrobe and tv unit. The work completion was good. From the day it got delivered, Deepak and team did a good job and completed the work in 4 days. Deva, the designer was also friendly and gave good suggestions. The only part that could have been done well was managing the product delivery duration

1. Exploration & Quotation: When we had to choose a professional interior service for our under construction apartment, we explored and got quotation from a wide range of players in the market. Finally, we were fully convinced to choose cookscape for the budget friendly yet top class quality and service they promised. 2. Designing and customizations : They were involved in every stage of the construction designing our home to make it the way we want it to reflect our style and expectations. We brainstormed together to arrive the best suited customizations. Thanks to Gayathri, the designer who involved with patience and offered a professional service. 3. Production & Installation: Though there was a bit of delay in production from the committed date, the Installation team out performed and made us realise the time given worth it. Cookscape is fortunate to have the best in class Installation team operating under the guidance of Jyothimani together with Stephen & team. I would say this team is a treasure for Cookscape to build a great brand value as they have been so professional and did their job perfectly. I had nothing to correct or monitor or inspect as they did as if it was for their own home. Iam stunned by the loyalty and dedicated hardwork of this team as their lunch got delayed , sometimes they skipped their break to finish what they are in to . I was doing WFH and I could do it uninterrupted as they gave me the confidence and comfort that the work was in safe hands in first couple of days itself. All you have to do is let them do their work and they will take care of the instructions . This is the first time I'm seeing such a professional carpentry team. I was actually not expecting this from the Google reviews I went through about cookscape. But from my very own experience I wanted to take time to write here for those who are trying to know about cookscape , trust it for their Installation team led by Jyothimani and Stefen. Cookscape interiors follow systematic approach from the beginning They take much care on showing me more number of designs for our flat and after deciding the design and colour we paid for production stage I had a delay of 2 weeks during production stage but then they deputed a team for installation work The installation were done fast and they delivered me the finished work at lesser time than initially mentioned for installation works. In my work, the team members are good and communicative to me and very helpful for getting our work completed at requested time I will recommend them to my friends

Site in-charge Mr.JothiMani did fantastic job , completed my work within 3days with perfect finishing.

Please don't use their service, they receive your money and does a very poor service. 1: mostly came to work late evening after 6pm 2: poor quality of work 3: not worth the money it's hardly 4/5 months plywood falling apart. 4:; Finishing of work very bad did not complete thr work properly at all. Will never use their service expensive and very poor PS Feedback on the response from Cookscape: I am unable to respond to the fake review comment here, however if you cant even find your own customer name its really horrible state of yours. You havent reached out to me apart from a single email to which i am unable to respond, we have done so many calls and followup only ending up with your representative ignoring us. You threaten customers by suing them, if you dare, please go ahead and sue me, i am all the most willing to take you to court for such pathetic work and dishonest service. If you want your brand name to be good, do good work and not by threatening and bullying customers online.

Sales- 1 star - Hidden conditions, misleading quotations. Sweet talk before you give them money and treat you like dirt once you sign up. Design- 2 star - They take 2 days for a minor change in the 2d drawings. 3d is not at all useful. No good suggestions or practical ideas. Drawings have wrong measurements and a lot of mistakes. Factory- 3 star- I had to be very persistent to finally get my materials delivered. It took almost 1 month extra for them to dispatch materials, despite accounting for the lockdown. However they did honor their promise and did not ask for payment until work was almost complete. Execution team- 3 star - Carpenters are very efficient and dedicated. Very few mistakes observed. However, AE Gugan was in a rush and left the work incomplete. It has been 5 months but he's not responding to my calls to fix the issues. Cost- 3 star - Material cost is 10 times more than buying directly from retailer. Even though it is in line with/better somewhat than what other well known interior firms charge. A simple hinge cost me 325 when it can be purchased for 60 bucks at any hardware shop. I purposely did not engage them for any other civil work for this same reason. Because this is my first time and I didn't want to spend more on interiors, I chose Cookscape over the other branded firms. Overall Satisfaction- 4 star - Finish and fit looks great, like I envisioned. Plywood seems sturdy and gaps are consistent. Unfortunately the project took way longer due to the lockdown, but I am glad it's finally done. I also had to do some additional fixing work on my own as I did not want to pay extra for out of scope items. Advice- Don't blindly trust them, do your research and ask them for written confirmation on materials to be used. Be prepared for a lengthy delay and don't believe their quoted 45 days timeline. It took me 3 months after design got finalized. If you have more time and less money, be the designer, buy the raw materials directly and go with a local interior firm who charge less and get the job done in less than a month.

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION - Any one wants to see their real finish, you are welcome to my flat and see it! Cheaters don’t believe a word they say! Very unprofessional, delayed and poor workmanship. Don’t believe them since they have many stores in Chennai. They use that to cheat people on taking money from you promising delivery that they can’t meet. Overall had a very bad experience and please stay away from them. There are many other good professionals and small businesses that can do a better job than others. Also they don’t have any in-house staff and hire carpenters and fitters like any other provider, so cookscape is CHEATSCAPE. Please refer to my blog which will show their poor finish and shameful service.

I have done my full home interiors with cookscape and opted for 10 years guarantee with free replacement. 1. Complained about kitchen wardrobe issue, they are asking me to pay money to replace. 2. I have been following up for more than 6 months, but still no reply, Finally after several months of follow up, my kitchen shutters got replaced .

I did my first house interior work in cook scape. Today house has been handed over after completing the interior. The final outcome is excellent. I did really made good decision to go with cook scape. Fit and finish, quality of the plywood and laminates also really good. Note: Please view my latest edit for current scenario. Cookscape did a wonderful job of delivering the materials after initial payment is done immediately according to client requirements especially in COVID climate. Modular kitchen was finished well and other requirements was also met well. Few alignment issues were there mainly due to structural building design and Cookscape team of Praveen and co. did well to make adjustments. Quick and efficient, only thing I'd say is to specify exactly what your requirements are beforehand. Good job. Edit #1: While they have been decent in doing the job, after 6 months I have come across issues with material durability and their repairing within the warranty periods. I have reduced from 5 stars to 4 stars because of this, they still continue to dodge my repair requests within warranty period. I would personally advise to opt for a much better reputed brand. Edit #2: This is 1-year after Cookscape did my interior work. Most of the metal content (screws, hinges, etc.) have rusted badly, meaning the quality THEY used for the house is bad. Reduction to 3 stars and final. I still would not recommend Cookscape for interior design work, unless you're willing to compromise quality and time to have your work completed.

We recently completed our interior with Cookscape. They did a very excellent job. From marketing till the completion, they had taken very good care. They kept following us on every stage until the we freeze the design. They had lot of colours, design and options to go. We took lot of time to choose colours and design. The design Engineer Mr.Karthik was polite and patiently explaining, waiting until we freeze the design. The site engineer Mr.Gowtham was humble and really helpful throughout installation. We had some minor fixes, he responded and fixed it in less time. The carpenter Jaffer and his workers did a good job. The units were all looking great. The materials, finish and the work everything was really good and excellent service.

Hi Team Cookspace, Happy to inform you that the interior Decoration works of my site has been successfully completed by Cookspace Team comprising of the site engineer Jothimani and carpenter Stephen and his Team members augustin soddiq & mani has done an unbeleivable extraordinary execition with excellent skill and workmanship thanks to the efforts done by the Production team anand and arokeya Dass,installation head Sivaraman make this happen . Special mention Mr.jothymani for spending quality time during execution.The Materials used,and workmanship is wonderful and I have no hesitation to recommend Cookspace to my near and dear. I also had some negative remarks with measurement team and designing team . Pl do call for for further details. Over over all cooks space quality 👌.

Excellent service from the beginning 2d design in the showroom to end of the installation in my home.. i chose them for their 10 years waranty and the name they have for budget friendly intterior.. i have went many interiors so called the "brand"difference was only the cost but the work is totally same of the cookscape.. I suggest cookscape those who have good time to plan interior for their home because once you confirm them you will be assigned with the architect who is fully responsible for the design till the design goes to the production .. Mistakes happen if the communication is not good with them.. One more suggestion is choose color wisely because after the installation the work will look good only because of the color so it's not their mistake if color didn't match well.. you have wide variety of option go directly to showroom spend full time to select.. it's the only home for us so design it efficiently.. finally the installation team was amazing the completed 2bhk full house work in ten days.. Both assistant engineer Mr.Tamilarasan and carpenter anna Mr.Varadhan was fabulous in their work.. They are totally experienced in the works.. Till the completion my satisfaction was the most priority.. Many changes in the work by me was tolerated by them they didn't even replied No it can't be done for any of my queries which I raised.. Totally i am happy with the work of cookscape and I will refer with my friends too . Special mention is Mrs Parvathy Project coordinator and Varshini Designer who assigned AE and skilled carpneter for my home ..

Installation team led by Mr. Perumal and carpenter Mr Mohan were excellent in their service. Entire installation was done neatly and they worked hard to ensure that customer requirements are met. However, we are disappointed with the efforts taken by designer team led by Mr.Poongolali who was not customer friendly. She took a month to complete a 2-day work and we lost precious time because of the same. Our calls were largely went unanswered and even the queries raised by installation team by addressed by us. We had a bitter experience with designer team. But sales team led by Mr.Rajkumar and installation team lead by Mr.Perumal were excellent in their work. Also special thanks to Parvathy madam and Suresh sir for coordinating and ensuring installation

Had a very bad experience dealing with Cookscape’s team recently. Their marketing team first traps customers by giving a very low priced quote and lure the customers by assuring the entire project cost as quoted. However, the actual project cost is usually 70-80% additional than their initial estimate. Their architects and the technical crew also do not have thorough knowledge of taking accurate measurements at the site which later on adds to the cost. Overall customer ends up spending substantially higher than the assured project cost and cannot terminate the contract without losing the signing amount in spite of the entire professional negligence being at their end. I would suggest anybody considering Cookscape to look for other professional interior designers and not fall to their flashy website content and promotional materials.

Needs improvement for proper customer support. You have a staged works ( 4 stages ) and each team is there for those stages. During each stage of work change, I ended up calling different different persons, Sometimes the information I have given previously have not been carried or informed to subsequent stage persons, so again I have to explain them from beginning. Customer cannot be calling different person every time to follow up the things. There should be a one point contact- that person has to communicate with team, has to inform the customer needs and convey the information to customer properly. Sometimes I call one person they will say , we have completed our stage , the other person will call you from hereafter, you can follow up there- they won’t call actually. Till now I don’t know who is heading all the stages together, because I thought of conveying the issues I have been facing , but I couldn’t. Good team and quality materials/ work you have, but everyone needs responsiveness and you have to improve customer care support

Very very delayed meterial delivery by cookscape. But very good work done by Site engineer Mr. Deepak and Carpenters. Satisfied with their over all finishing.

Carpenter Mr.Kothandam did thorough and quality work, we were all.impressed with his skill. Site engineer Pratheep was very communicative and responsive and made the installation work a smooth process with his coordination between materials and carpenter and keeping us informed. Quality of materials and accessories seem to be as promised by cookscape. Installation at our site for one floor ..2 apartments..was completed yesterday. For another floor of 2 apartments, senior site engineer Jothimani and his team of site engineers..Yogesh and Yoganathan were excellent at communication, inspection and answering our questions, , Carpenters zaffer and his team did a professional job with good quality. Expecting good service from cookscape for gurantee and warranty products.

If Google has a option to give zero rating, i would have opted for it. Instead of paying them, you can use that money for orphanage which will atleast have blessings. I visited omr branch after reading all the negative reviews and even asked why you have so many negative reviews. They claimed that it was due to pandemic restrictions and related labour issues which sounded reasonable to me & we went booking them. They were responsive till first payment and they will disappear after freezing the final design. The WhatsApp group is of no use and after multiple chasing, you will get a standard response that we will check and get back. Am paying rent for two houses and we need to inform the owners by 60 days notice. We have enrolled my daughter in a school nearby the sight consider we made the payment by March and they will close by May but they have not even started the work. The best part is, they doesn't even bother when we said we will write negative reviews in social media

I stay very nearby and went for just Kitchen alone. In 15 days they completed and most important they meet my budget. Thank you cookscape team.
