This is the timings and language of planetarium show. the place has science park (swings based on science, play and enjoy), science area ( interesting scientific equipment are placed to know science and play, for eg reflection mirror, shadow area ,them innovation hub where u can try chemistry or give your new idea in drop box, planetarium experience is good to have once (not bad not too good), lastly it has aquarium, not real fishes but stuffed animals and information abt pollution and its effects. A curious mind has a lot to learn there.

They are contradicting their own notices.... they didn't issue tickets as less visitors were there..

There were a lot of things to know. Who were interested to invent the new things you will definitely join the' innovation hub'. And invent your ideas. There was team to guide you for your innovative ideas.

CAN SPEND A QUALITY TIME AT REASONABLE COST. MUST VISIT FOR KIDS WELL MAINTAINED. Very good place for science lovers... get more knowledge about physics.. planets .. REEP lab, innovation hub good for kids..( ask more in the department ),garden , many science games... swings and much more... a must visit for kids... even we adults too love and can get knowledge and have some good time. Worth going .. Show available to watch about universe. 10:30am to 5:00pm Tickets also very affordable.

Very nice place for kids to learn science in effect. All equipment were in working state which was a surprise to be frank. Would definitely recommend this place only thing is parents needs to plan it bette due to parking and AC issues. First problem was with the place is parking as they are not providing parking space and on road parking is very limited. Second problem is AC, they do not have AC and in weather of Pondicherry it very much needed in such places.

It is a must visit place in pondicherry if you come for a family trip with your children...It is wonderful place to be visited for children...But Planetarium is closed so it was a drawback.And some of the fun activities and some in the marine life were not working...Otherwise is a great place to be visited..Kids will definitely enjoy the Fun activities and some marine life...

Visiting this place was the best thing from my to do's😍. They have a planetarium in which they conduct he show if min 20 people are present. Other than this,they allow to perform experiments based on science and maths which is quite interesting. Also the best was the harp instrument which allows to play with the fingers between distinctly placed pipes.Thats my fav. All in all if you are in pondicherry,must visit this place,hardly 10 per adult plus boatload of fun and learning

basically, I first thought that the planetarium was simple and basic but when I visited it on 14.4.2017 I was shocked with the project and after that I am a visiter who visits the planetarium once every 5~6 months with family and friends and every time visit it gives me the exitement that gave me at the 1st visit. the best one is the ticket cost cheap and the show price is reasonable for the content and also the innovation hub.. it's the best one because your children can be creative at only ₹500 yearly and if your child is a collage student it's only ₹1000 this price is very cheap to operate the costly components like microscope,etc. I love to visit the planetarium once again soon it doesn't matter I visited tha planetarium last week "here happiness costs cheap"

It's an beautiful science fiction 😍😂 .. I mean scientifical place which contains illusions and real time examples, models of many scientific theories. Some will be in a demonstrative way and some will be in a practical method which you yourself can apply to it and see the results. It contains a massive pendulam at its hall or center. There. Is also a small movie theatre where the screen will be placed towards the top and it demonstrates the universal ♾️ law and things. There is entry fees. Photos are permitted.

A brilliant place for kids and even adults to learn science. A must visit place in pudhuchery.

It's good but it has to maintained lil better.

We visited at the wrong time. The planetarium was under maintenance, hence we couldn't visit that. However the marine life and science museums were amazing. For an adult they charged ₹10 and kids ₹5. In total we spent ₹30 for a family and it is worth every penny. Not much of a crowd and the place was greatly maintained. The science experiments were eye openers for adults too. The staff were helpful and kind to explain things that are far for our mind. Great place to spend 3 to 4 hours.

Nice. Science centre well maintained by the state government. Planetarium is under maintenance for a month as on 31Jan2023. Ticket is Rs 10 only. You get a cloth bag as a free gift when you complete your trip. Lots of science experiments for everyone. Must visit if you are scientifically oriented.

Rs. 10 per person. Show wasn't working when we went. Lots of marine life history and banners on Indian scientists.

Informative place for students interested in science to visit. The Innovation center has microscopes with samples to view. The staff is cooperative to help. The chemistry lab has experiments to try for higher grade students. Feedback is to improve the toilets as kids visit and would need to use the toilets and washrooms. Overall it's a good place to visit for children between ages of 6 to 15.
