The
potential
to
be
one
of
the
most
upgraded
places
in
Guwahati.
It
has
state
of
the
art
architecture
compared
to
what
we
have
in
North
east
India.
A
lot
of
renowned
MNC's
can
establish
here
provided
the
stupid
politics
don't
play
their
dirty
stuffs
here.
Can
be
a
real
booster
to
the
economy
increasing
the
employment
rate
and
providing
a
huge
number
of
jobs
in
every
sector.
The
place
is
the
definition
of
a
smart
City.
It
has
a
huge
huge
campus
enough
for
an
entire
small
town.
We
can
only
hope
that
foreign
companies
invest
here
and
if
they
do
it's
really
going
to
benefit
the
local
jobless
people.
Everything
is
done
beautifully
from
building
placements
to
road
works
to
drainage
systems
and
on
top
of
that
the
place
is
such
a
beauty.
It's
located
far
away
from
the
city,
doesn't
come
under
the
metro
but
the
environment
is
so
clean
and
suiting.
As
an
IT
employee
I
would
very
much
like
to
work
in
a
place
like
that
