I am a solo travel and I was doing Hampi this time. All I wanted was to explore was the heritage side of Hampi. I was bit nervous about travelling around alone in Hampi because most of the place are bit far then I found Mr.Sreekanth, He was suggested by my hotel receptionist. We visited Hampi during Labour day weekend 2023. We met Srikanth in Kamalapura who offered transport from hotel to various historical places in Hampi. We were surprised to see him offering not only transport but also a very knowledgeable guide who conveyed the facts as-is. He took us to the places in a very organized manner across 3 days of our stay. Also, he offered suggestions and took us to the best restraunts around which offers only vegetarian food. Srikanth was very punctual, well mannered and kind person who is ready to offer any help. He advised and helped us to buy an umbrella as the weather was smoking hot. This was indeed very good suggestion, since it rained suddenly the next day. He accompanied us to some of the places and in other instances waiting dilligently near the location. Overall we visited most of the prominent/ to-be visited places in Hampi, Aanegundi and Anjanadri hills(birth place of Lord Hanuman). Wonderful experience with Mr. Srikanth. He is not only an auto-driver with great knowledge about Hampi but also a great photographer. He took us to all the popular and amazing spots in and around Hampi. He also arranged an affordable and great homestay at Mango Tree. From picking us up from the railway station on the first day to dropping us back there in the end of day 3 he was with us, taking us to all the best spots. He arranged the entire trip on his own and we enjoyed to the fullest. He also made sure that we enjoyed our time in the homestay and took us to local restaurants which served affordable and delicious food. Srikanth also took us to Hampi Zoo and Tungabadhra Dam. He clicked the best pictures and ensured that we enjoyed our time in Hampi. Really recommended to everyone who is planning to spend their holidays in Hampi.
